They were setup at the Christmas parade in montgomery and looked like a great hot spot to grab some food. Ordered three breakfast burritos, grilled cheese, and chicken sandwich. Gave me the grilled cheese and chicken sandwich and asked what else I was waiting on. I said the burritos and the lady told me she didn’t ring me up for them and now they were out of eggs. I walk away and open my chicken sandwich to find a silver dollar size moldy area right in the top center of my bun. How do you miss that? I immediately took it back and handed it to a gentlemen that asked what was wrong so I showed him and he said that it came from a new pack of buns and acted like it was a problem that I was asking to have it fixed. At first I wanted to get a refund but he said they’d make another one so I gave it another chance. The fact that nobody apologized and they just turned their backs to me as if I was an inconvenience is the reason I’m leaving this review. Two stars because the unfolded food was decent and the service was bad.REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE:To be clear, i originally walked up 5 minutes after 10:30am and asked if they could still serve me breakfast first. The lady asked what I wanted, I said six breakfast burritos, she said y’all could only make 3 since the eggs were almost gone. Because I had six people in my party, I replied with “ok, I’ll take the 3 breakfast burritos, a grilled cheese, and a chicken sandwich” that I was going to split with someone. I’m not one of the “several customers that said they ordered something when they did not”. I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews but again, I stated very clearly that the only reason I’m leaving this review is because of the way I was treated and spoken to. Someone came and looked at the bun while the guy was holding it, looked at me then walked off. The guy that took my chicken sandwich back didn’t even apologize. That’s concerning to me as a food establishment. He just said “I’ll make you another one” and I said ok. No, I never asked for a refund, because if I’m being made another sandwich there is no need for one, it would have been one or the other. I understand you can’t control food supply at times, all of this wasn’t even a big deal and I even made sure to go speak to someone behind the food trailer so as not to embarrass your business in front of several people waiting in line. Then the guy hands it to me and walks off without saying anything. Again, this review was based on customer service. Yes you made me another sandwich, great, but it was the behavior and poor manners that led me to leave this.
