The red carpeting and red table cloths are definitely unique, the room is spacious but comfortable. The service was great and the food is delicious. I had the Mongolian beef, it was very tender and tasty. I also got an order of pork egg foo yung which is the best egg foo yung that I have had in a long time and the gravy was very good, and not fatty at all. My wife had the sweet and sour chicken and she said it was very good. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best Chinese food in the area and the service is great, not to mention that the prices are very reasonable, which is hard to find these days.

We have ordered from this place for the LAST time! We spent over $70 and I guess that is not good enough! Not only is the owner bit**y, they do not pay attention to any “requests”. I asked for house mustard. Did we get any? NOPE! When I went to pick up the order, I was told that my order was not ready and to “SIT DOWN!” Really? This is the only Chinese restaurant where you have to pay $1.95, plus tax for crispy noodles when you order soup. Once again, REALLY? I will do everything in my power to hurt this restaurant. They are NOT their parents.

Good takeout is so hard to come by, hunan village never disappoints. We’ve lived in Conroe our whole lives and there’s not many family restaurants left, hunan has been here long as I can remember and it’s our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in town. They deliver straight from the restaurant and it’s never taken longer than 20-30 min. We love this place and will forever be customers ❤️❤️
The Kung Pao chicken lunch plate was very good. They serve up a wonderful bowl of hot-n-sour soup, and the crispy spring roll was great. Quick service in a nice quiet spot.
