The red carpeting and red table cloths are definitely unique, the room is spacious but comfortable. The service was great and the food is delicious. I had the Mongolian beef, it was very tender and tasty. I also got an order of pork egg foo yung which is the best egg foo yung that I have had in a long time and the gravy was very good, and not fatty at all. My wife had the sweet and sour chicken and she said it was very good. As far as I'm concerned, it's the best Chinese...

Unlike a lot of Chinese restaurants, the food is seasoned well. I enjoy the sweet and sour pork. The restaurant is old and in need of some tlc but it hasn't kept us from returning.

Good takeout is so hard to come by, hunan village never disappoints. We’ve lived in Conroe our whole lives and there’s not many family restaurants left, hunan has been here long as I can remember and it’s our absolute favorite Chinese restaurant in town. They deliver straight from the restaurant and it’s never taken longer than 20-30 min. We love this place and will forever be customers ❤️❤️
