Absolutely Amazing, night and day service from the IHOP closest to this one. The location in IH-45 N, Spring was absolutely horrible, entire staff will ignore, won’t serve and will embarrass you until you leave in disgrace before even getting water. Not this place, Olivia was absolutely AMAZING, same day I had my terrible experience I came here. Half the staff and 3 times the customers and she took care of us all like a champ. I almost fell in love right there. Saw me at the front, sat me down and got my drink and food in about 15 min. Gave me all the options after ordering every item from memory and checked up on me politely. Even gave me water when I finished my drink before I could ask. She genuinely deserves a raise. It’s a shame I couldn’t tip them, make sure you carry cash or else you won’t be able too. So take my word for it, this meal completely made my day. If you’d are ever craving IHOP at night please I beg you don’t go to the other place. Come straight here even if it’s 10 more min it will be worth it I promise you!!! And if you are lucky to get Livia, you’re in for a pleasant experience. 10/10 would eat here again ❤️

Very clean. Food was okay.. I had a BLT.... It was good but the toasted bread was very, very crunchy.. my fries were cooked crispy.. like I ordered.. I had lemon 🍋 water 💧.. I'm from the country with well water 💧. I'm not used to city water.. Sorry for the first review.. Being vague... I'll be back..

First time eating here, and it will absolutely be the last. The female manager was completely incompetent and showed no interest in making sure the restaurant was running properly. I get that everyone is new at some point, but our server had no business being out on the floor without proper training. We were only a party of 3, and he didn’t even know the menu. Meanwhile, the manager and several employees just stood around outside the kitchen, chatting, instead of stepping in to help. To top it off, our food came out ice cold. Since we were traveling 11 hours back home we didn’t have time to deal with it we just ate and left. Completely unacceptable and a huge disappointment.

2nd time eating here and this time I blame management for placing a new server at our table. I understand that we have to learn at some point but in my opinion he should be taking orders from a smaller party than a party of nine. We also had to get up from our table to get someone's attention due to missing a second order of fries and or bill. The manager and other staff members were just sitting and chit chatting.

By far the worse service we've ever had at Ihop! Got seated fast got our order in a timely manor but the waitress never once came back to check on us, 5 people and 5 empty glasses on the table! I could understand if it was busy but their was only 9 people total besides the people working! She came back to give us the check that's the only time she came back to our table!!! I wouldn't have gave 1 star but ya have to
