worst jack n the box ever the cleaning lady walked in on me & told me to hurry up so another hispanic dude can use it. she yelled & banged on the door very unprofessional. who ever owns this jack n the box is a bad owner the restroom is broke down & they only hire people that know spanish. 0 stars & the food is nasty & rushed

Very concerning. I had to ask if they could take my order after standing at the counter for 10 minutes. After I did so she stared at me and said yeah in a minute. So patiently waited again. Finally she takes my order and doesn’t even look at me. Just says and what else while completely ignoring my presence and starring out the window the entire time clicking the computer screen. Horrible experience while I am patiently waiting and being a great customer.
This is not the correct way to address a customer that’s been patiently waiting to place an order at their establishment. I felt like I was an inconvenience to simply place a small order.

Morning crew is alright but night crew is the absolute worst when u ask for a large you'll get a medium and charged for a large if you tell them what you want on your food there's like a 50/50 chance they will get it right and be prepared to have soggy frys might as well give them to me frozen and have me fry them at home if u have to go here only go in the morning
