Tacos were not even edible... extremely greasy, cold and hard. The fries weren't much better. I threw the whole bag of food in the trash. I won't ever go back to this location.

We enjoyed the service at this location. Adonna & Warren was very nice and friendly. They both took the time to help us understand the menu and made sure our order was correct. We had vegetarians in our party, and they made sure the meat items were separated from the vegetarian food selections. We enjoyed their smiling faces and will return to this location in the future because of them👍🏼

Food is always cold. And I ordered carry out yet they never bring it out to you, you have to walk in cause apparently they forget about your mobile order. Won’t be ordering from here again wouldn’t recommend you doing so either!

This location takes forever. I was asked to pull around and park at the front door. I waited more than 15 minutes for a kid's meal and cheeseburger. This is suppose to be fast food. I wasted so much time. I won't be back. The Jack in the Box by sonic in downtown is super quick.

Went on my break from work a week ago and the drive through lady was very disrespectful. I have had bad experiences here before and this was the last one. I rather drive to the rayford location which they have always given me an outstanding experience

They recently repainted the walls in here and got rid of some of the more "urban" employees there. My issue is the food, jack in the box needs to revamp the whole menu. It just doesnt taste good anymore.

What a hostile environment. I had 12 packs of sauce in my order because I really liked their secret sauce, yet I received none. When I came back to ask for more I got yelled at and only received 2 packets, then they immediately shouted in my face to kick somebody else out. I literally only came here for the secret sauce. What is wrong with your employees?? Edit: I went back the next day and the staff was much friendlier. Food is still awesome. I just hope not to run into those rude employees again. The sauce is always refrigerated, the cold sauce contrasting with a freshly cooked chicken sandwich is a delightful experience.
