Always hot and fresh, usually doesn't get too backed up, you can't go wrong with the sourdough jack or the egg rolls. Not too many places succeed with such an eclectic menu, but Jack does!

I only had one problem, I asked for some curly fries and they gave me regular ones. As there were many cars I did not start to check the product they were giving me, and as they told me that the potatoes were separately I trusted that they were the ones I had ordered, by the time I realized it was a little too late and I was already very far from the store

So me and my spouse came to get some tacos and 1 egg roll and one hash brown right. So we get our food and the egg roll and the hash brown was just thrown in the bag underneath all the tacos ended up finding the egg roll eventually that was not in a bag and couldn’t even locate the hash brown and as every person knows hash browns smush easily so there was no point to even look any longer. We go to pull back through to get a new egg roll and a new hash brown and the Mexican girl at the window young short girl complained and said “we just put it in the bag” and shut the door in our face as we were talking very very disrespectful. Then the manager comes to the window some old white guy with white or red hair idk and he had a girly voice asked what was the problem with a attitude I might add and then my husband was just over it and said he was not appreciative of the disrespect and wanted a refund so the manager said “fine” again with a attitude through away the bag of food angrily and got the refund. ALL AROUND CHILDISH AND DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE WORKING AT THIS JACK IN THE BOX!! All we wanted was a new egg roll and hash brown that wasn’t old and thrown in the bag unable to be found. ABSOLUTELY REDICULOUS!!!! The old man and that little Mexican girl need to be fired or act more respectful to their costumer’s or get a new damn job.

Toxic Queen
Tried going to get something to eat at around 12:40am and 1 car was at the window and whoever answered the mic told us I will be with you when I can. Waited 5 minutes and no one came back. A woman in uniform was outside chatting in the parking lot with the back door propped open . Said hello to get the mic person attention and again was told it will be a min, I'm the only person inside. Waited another few minutes before we drove around. 1 person was sitting in the lobby. No idea who was in the cooking area. Multiple cars left.
