No one in line. Waited at least 5 minutes for the lady to take our order. She was rude. Ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. It was so soaked in sauce the first bite the chicken breat slipped out the bottom. My stomach was tore UP! The curly fries were good as usual. Arbys are the best.

Hashbrown wasn't fresh. I dont get why they advertise breakfast all day if they're not gonna cook it fresh. Or maybe it was this one incident maybe I had a lazy cook this time who knows? The person running the drive through was very kind though and very effective. She was fast and always had a smile on her face. All in all food was meh but service was great. Unfortunately I was already running late for work or I would've gone back for a different hashbrown but that doesnt mean Im not willing to give them another shot.
