I didn’t even get to order anything. No employee greeted me at the speaker mind you I was the only one in drive through and well the entire restaurant was empty. After saying hello a couple of times and waiting a bit I decided to drive to the window. NO ONE WAS SEEN. There was 2 cars out there so not sure where they were maybe hiding lol. Idk jack send me coupons for my time.

Kitchen floor had food debris on floor. The kitchen and counter staff wore no hair covering or hair nets which a health department violation. The Displayed sign advising customers to contact management with any complaints has telephone # covered up.

Me and my friend went to the Jack in the Box location to eat breakfast, and while we were there, we overheard two employees, a lady named Jocelyn and another named Dora, talking badly about customers and other employees who work there. They were speaking loudly, using disrespectful language, and laughing about people in a way that was really unprofessional. It made the atmosphere uncomfortable for everyone sitting nearby, and it didn’t feel like the kind of environment where customers should have to listen to that while eating. They also seemed to be gossiping about their coworkers, saying negative things about how certain people worked and even making fun of some customers who had just left. It gave us a bad impression of the store and made us feel disrespected as customers.

Hi I’m a customer of jack in the box of 242 , the workers and cashiers have good customer service. But the times I go, one of the ladies that works in the back she talks bad about her coworkers and gives them disgusting nicknames and of the customers, she thinks I don’t understand English and this lady her name is “Dora” she has a disgusting vocabulary, disgusting behavior of Dora. I don’t understand why yall have that type of workers you can hear it from the lobby talking about her coworkers and giving them horrible nicknames.

The staff isn’t rude but they’re a bit slow and un-enthusiastic. They also frequently put too much sauce on burgers. I’m sure the staff are lovely but it’s very clear that they’re miserable.

If you’re looking to go get some late night food, don’t come to this Jack in the Box. Not only are they understaffed at night. What should be fast food turns into an after nap time snack. And also do yourself a favor and don’t order from them either unless you want to want to wait an extreme about of time for your food to be delivered.
