Hello , I usually go to this location because of the afternoon crew . Very hard working crew with enthusiastic people. Today I witnessed something very heartbreaking , disturbing and disgusting from the manger against one of the employees. From what I heard , the manger Andrea was accusing another former employee and manipulating other workers to raise their hand if they had any issues with that employee, to which only one young white looking lady raised her hand . And which i understood it was the mangers sister . Previous times that I’ve gone to this location Andrea is always trying to problems agains coworkers. And to my understanding, this looks very personal because Andrea’s mom was there . Truly disgusting from her part , and I hope the OWNERS AND GM’s take actions . This is unbelievable and disgusting. She is so sick .

I went to Jack's with my husband and he ordered some tacos with jalapeños but they didn't give them to him and the tacos were soggy. It took a long time to bring an order of a hamburger and two tacos lots of talk less work

Ordered a Sourdough jack combo with large fries and unsweetened tea, got a large fry that only had 2 fries in it and they gave me sweet tea not unsweetened ( this was after she asked us 5 times if we wanted sweet tea and told her no) Also see pic below of my sourdough jack, they didn’t toast the bun, no mayo. Crappy place, will don’t stop there again.

We went through for a late night munchie trip. The drive-thru guy was hilarious. The food was made fresh. They were extremely friendly. And hard-working! 10/10 would recommend

I don't like the food I only ate at Jack in the box because my mother likes. I give it a one star across the board.It's a fast food restaurant.Restrooms are never clean.The floor is never clean. It was my first time eating there in a long time.And I won't be back.

Worst JITB in conroe. Rude staff, cold food, they make you drive around and wait for food. I ordered 1 burger and 1 med fry.. Sat there for 25 mins.. with no one else in line!! This location is TERRIBLE!

Jay was very attentive with my order he got everything correct. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Good employees like that make you want to keep coming back to this location. Man deserves a raise :)

Best service at the drive thru window. The gentleman was accommodating, polite and made the experience feel like a sit down dinner. He even doubled checked our bags to make sure we had all our food. Great job.
