Worst JITB in conroe. Rude staff, cold food, they make you drive around and wait for food. I ordered 1 burger and 1 med fry.. Sat there for 25 mins.. with no one else in line!! This location is TERRIBLE!

Every time I go there the food is horrible. And the customer service is almost just as bad. Can't even get the drink correct. Served me carbonated water. Went back 5o the counter for correction and couldn't get no service

Jay was very attentive with my order he got everything correct. He went above and beyond with his customer service. Good employees like that make you want to keep coming back to this location. Man deserves a raise :)

Best service at the drive thru window. The gentleman was accommodating, polite and made the experience feel like a sit down dinner. He even doubled checked our bags to make sure we had all our food. Great job.

Bad service, you make a purchase of more than 40 dollars and you ask them for a couple of ranch sauces and they want to charge you for them. Last time I bought Jack and the Box

If you ever go on the inside of this Jack In The Box don’t expect to be greeted or get any help. The staff walks right past you. A lady walked up to the counter to use the register and didn’t even say anything. What happened to customer service?

Service was bad we had to wait 15 mins for our food. The cashier lady was all over the place except helping us. All though most food was great but the monster tacos were so greasy couldnt eat and we didn't want new ones or refund cause they would take forever

I was attending a class on this side of town and decided to pull through the drive-thru for a quick meal. The female over the intercom was very rude, rushing me and acting irritated that I needed a moment to look at the menu. After waiting about 15 minutes in the line, I pulled up to the window only for her poor attitude to continue. Her manager standing directly behind her observing her attitude and apparently not disagreeing with it. I had to ask for multiple items that were left out of my order once my bag was handed to me. More attitude about the correction although I was polite. So I drive off only to bite into my jumbo mozzarella stick to find that it was not even cooked all the way, still frozen in the middle. Overall for service, poor food, poor experience; The monster Munchie box was a good deal though.

If your going to be open past 1am at least have people on shift that know what's going on. Being in the drive thru longer than 15 with only the cars is crazy. Then when I order I have to constantly correct the person taking the order. Do better.

The fast food was Breakfast Jack and is the loaded burrito. The food was good. Easy access the line was quick and the people were courteous at the drive-thru

No explanation needed it doesn’t even look like boba it looks like old grapes they should just stick to their fountain drinks and tacos lol. But the tacos didn’t even have the cheese melted it looked like it just got slapped in there. Simple things that can be easily fixed.

How is this even “loaded wedges”. This is beyond ridiculous. I did drive thru, didn’t think to open the box to check. When I got home I saw the crap they gave me. If I would’ve checked I would’ve demanded for it to get done the proper way or to get a refund, I understand food doesn’t look like in the pictures but did they even try to make it remotely close.
