I have eaten at Jason's Deli since they opened the 1st one in Beaumont. I went to school at Kelly High School with the owner's children. I must say, they have done an incredible job of keeping the same wholesome family values as when they opened the door of that first store on Dowlen Road in Beaumont. The menu has grown and now features many more delicious options. An array of delicious soups, sandwiches, a TREMENDOUS salad bar, and if you like a true muffaletta sandwich, you'll be in heaven with this one! THANKS JASON'S FOR 46 YEARS OF GREAT FOOD! The quality, service, cleanliness, and freshness of the food has stayed the same. Hat's off to you guys for doing such an outstanding job for so many years!! I personally have eaten at this family owned deli for almost have a century and have never walked away dissatisfied!

So we went here to have dinner had a little discussion because dude couldn't understand the difference between side salad and main salad the person who came to bring us a sandwich wandered the lobby for a minute till I chased her down. No one smiles in this place they are miserable it's not a happy place to go eat

Much appreciation and respect to the lady manager that was on duty this evening (9/17). I'm pretty sure she was the manager anyway. I wish I had gotten her name. She was one of the friendliest and sweetest people I've ever come across, especially in the food service industry. She was super busy and multitasking like crazy, but she didn't miss a beat and all the while she provided amazing customer service with a big smile on her face. She went above and beyond to make sure my experience there was the best it could be and treated me with such kindness that I will not forget. I commend her and hope that she will always receive the same kindness and goodness from others that she so selflessly gives out. May she be greatly blessed. Thank you

Left an order out then manager had an attitude when calling back saying there’s nothing we can do cause it’s not on the receipt, but how can I make you happy?…. Without an attitude, I would like to order that I had originally asked for staff needs to be trained to take a simple order. Manager has a bad attitude and needs to learn how to take simple situations and make them better. Kids pizzas were cold mission order, and the cheese on the sandwich is rubbery not going back here.

The clerk lied about how the manager special worked . She said it came with half sandwich chips side salad and another side . So we order it after her explaination and the order came out and they said ohh no it actually dont come with a side salad and another side it comes with one side chips and half sandwich . Could of gone to olive garden for that price and got the damn salad we asked for to top it of the sides we did recieve were cold .
