Went to this location on April 28, 2024 around 430pm and this young lady was working the entire place by herself. The shop was absolutely packed and she kept her calm and made sure everyone’s order was correct. Did not get her name but she deserves a raise for all the effort that she puts into her job. She clearly takes it seriously and enjoys it. Also the ice cream is great.

Sadly place has dropped the ball with mobile orders, they had one ice cream wrong when we got home. Since it’s wrapped up when pickup you can’t verify it. Wife called and was told to drive back and bring wrong one back by girl that said she confirmed it was done right.. so basically saying we lied? ? customer service sadly isn’t priority anymore. Yes it’s good ice cream but won’t be ordering on mobile anymore. Long time customer but wow trash service now

For a place that says "gelati" "soft ice cream" on the sign, there is ZERO gelato here. And only the machine poured vanilla and chocolate ice cream u get for free at Mexican restaurants. This is a shaved ice/candy shop. NOT a gelato or ice cream
The atmosphere here is amazing, and the workers are fantastic! The flavor combinations are beyond amazing and the ice cream is great!

I found hair in my Italian ice. Brought my nieces here expecting a welcoming staff and we received the opposite, I stated that it was hair in my Italian ice and they told me that there was never hair in it and were very impatient will definitely be looking for a new location. Staff could have been way more respectful.

Our family stopped by to see what the craze is all about. So it's a combination of shaved ice, soft serve and toppings layered, which is a great concept. I got the birthday cake, daughter strawberry shortcake (my favorite out of all) oreo blast and reeses. I think a couple of spoon fills and I was done. It tasted good, but u was not wowed. Prices were reasonable $5.25 for a small. So overall it was good but I wouldn't make the drive just for it.
