Absolutely love this team!! Store is always clean and team is so helpful!! Dani always makes it a pleasure to come into the store. This Point Pleasant Jersey Girl would give 10 stars if I could!!!

i have gone 5 times now and every time i get the same time and i ask them to toast it and everytime with out fail it’s never toasted which is wtv i thought it was just a accident everytime. then i made an online order and in the special instructions i say “add chipotle mayo and please toast” and guess what they added the mayo but didn’t toast. atp its just laziness. and not to mention when my friend went to pick it up the girl working didn’t even speak to her. when my friend asked where our food was she just pointed.

the Philly was so unseasoned the brownies yall have taste like it’s been there for days the service was good. The place is so smalll and crowded.

This was my very first time visiting Jersey Mike’s, even though we have plenty near where I live—and I have to say, I was blown away. We stopped at this location on our way home from a mini vacation, and it exceeded my expectations.

I ordered the Club Sub and my husband had the Grilled Portobello Mushroom & Swiss—both were fresh, flavorful, and made just right. Honestly, we would’ve taken a full picture before eating, but the food was just too good to wait! To top it off, they had this delicious watermelon tea that I now need to either find ASAP or learn how to make myself. The service was quick and friendly, the food came out fast, and the overall vibe of the store was awesome. Everything was spotless, including the restroom (which even smelled great—something you don’t always get when traveling!).

If I didn’t live 3 hours away, this would definitely become a regular stop for me. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the experience!

Foe as much as Jersey Mike's wants for a sandwich. Food was not great service sucked because they were worried about closing . We went in at 8:00 pm. Person in the counter was on the side kd rude ans took our order in a hurry. No Tea because they closed at 9. If you are charging $40 bucks for 2 sandwiches I expect a better experience than McDonald's

If you want to eat during lunch hours order online. I stood in line for almost 30 minutes and when it was finally my turn to order, an online order came in and they built those 6 sandwiches from the online order before asking for my order. There were at least 10 people waiting behind me and it took an extra 10 minutes to fill the online order first. It’s not the servers fault, but my suggestion is to order online versus in person because they prioritize those orders.

Let me start off by saying I love Jersey Mike's! I'm a newer fan (previously a Subway girly) but that doesn't stop me from going to get a sub almost weekly 😅 I came to this location on 5/15/25 and it was pretty busy. I waited about 15 minutes for my order - no big deal! However, the restaurant didn't have any air conditioning and so having to wait for 15 minutes in a sweltering room was vastly unpleasant. Some employees said that the A/C had been out for over a week!! Even in the beginnings of summertime, it's HOT in Texas! I like to occasionally sit inside and people watch, but I was almost immediately sweating and felt compelled to leave after getting my meal because of this. I can't imagine how the employees feel having to work in such conditions!!

I am really disappointed in the order I just sent my mom through Uber Eats. She lives in a Senior community and doesn't have her own transportation so I sent her dinner tonight. The sandwich she ordered is NOT the one she received! We've tried getting a refund from Uber to no avail and tried calling the store with no answer!
We ordered a simple turkey w/provolone on wheat, Mike's Way, no tomatoes, add mayo and mustard. Simple, right. Wrong! We got some kind of cheese bread, no mayo, no mustard, heavy tomatoes (which she's allergic to!) and some kind of red/green pepper sauce. Not to mention, the bread was extra soggy.

I normally have a pretty good experience whether I go in myself or use a delivery service. This time, I wasn't available so I had it delivered. I am so frustrated because now I have to order her something else and spend more money! Jersey Mike's, make it right!

I just have to give a huge shout out to this jersey Mike's location! Not only is their food amazing but their customer service is above and beyond. I had an issue with my DoorDash order that they made right immediately, quickly and kindly. Arturo Delivered amazing customer service and it's rare these days to find that in an establishment. Keep up the great work Jersey Mike's. I appreciate you and this experience will have me returning to your location over and over again!
