I ordered a blt via door dash and the bacon was burnt and RANCID!!!!! I loved this place, but now no way.

Summer was so very gracious and kind today. She couldn't be more professional! Unfortunately, there was another employee who was unprofessional and that is the reason for my 3 star review today. I will be glad to discuss this concerning experience with someone in detail. This is something that should be brought to someone's attention.

Paid over $16 for a wrap with extra bacon and extra avocado. The wrap had no bacon and I tasted zero avocado. This wasn’t worth the regular price, much less the $4+ extra for the extras.

I’ve been a jersey mikes customer for a long time and I’ve visited a lot of locations in different cities but this store on n loop 336 is the slowest of all! If you go here don’t plan out the rest of your day because you’re going to be there for a while. This is a review after being to this location numerous times and it’s been slower every time. Not 1 good experience

This is the only Jersey Mike that will not substitute. I don’t eat pork . Normally , they would allow me to substitute for turkey but the managers here are not on the same page. I ll just grab my sandwich at another location on my way home from work.

If you see a 2 young females in there, walk out. I have gone 3 separate times and their attitude/professionalism is laughable. Horrible service, Horrible subs. Spend the 5 extra min to Go to the 336 South Loop.

the sandwich wasn't cut all the way, so when I picked up a piece it all came apart, i don't understand why this isn't covered in training. So that's 22.00 bucks that I worked for down the drain. It was just a big freaking mess. This place use to be the king of cold cuts, I'll just make my sandwiches @ home 🏡

Ordered thru the app to get a sub in the tub with crubside pick up, I got a #7, and someone decided to add unwanted bacon on top that I didn't even ask for.

I've been here a few times but had to give a shout out to Seth and the guys working there this morning. They went out of their way to accommodate a special order for my kids' lunch. Making the order an hour before they even opened so that I could make it to her school on time. Big thanks to these guys and their awesome attitudes. Nothing but good vibes every time I've seen them.
