The lady who brought the food out was very friendly, but my husband and I both got food poisoning from eating at this location on Sunday, Nov 30, 2025. We both had Chicken Chipotle Cheesesteak sandwiches, and we've both been very ill for several days.
I sent in a report to the restaurant via their website, and received no response.
We've never had an issue at other locations, but we definitely won't go back to this one.

Edit to add: The manager just called me this morning (the day after I left this review) and said they have thrown all the chicken out and he is taking our report very seriously. He also offered us some free subs which was a very kind gesture, however, after discussing it with my husband, we decided we don't want to take a chance revisiting. But we will definitely continue to go to other locations.

Jersey Mike’s has always been one of my go-to spots, but their support for our Light The Night community makes me appreciate them even more. Not only is the food consistently fresh and delicious, but the team is friendly, quick, and genuinely cares about giving back.
Their willingness to support local causes shows the kind of business they are — one that values their customers and their community. It’s refreshing to see a restaurant that provides great service and makes a positive impact.

Jersey Mike’s did an outstanding job catering our Clay Shoot Fundraiser for Home Place of Texas! The entire order process was incredibly easy and fast. The lunch boxes were delicious, packaged perfectly, and arrived right on time. It was the perfect addition to our event. Highly recommend!

Our experience is always great here. The cashier is always so sweet! She gave us updates on our online order, made convo, and kept the environment light-hearted. She even ran outside to give us our brownie as it was not placed in the bag originally. Great attention and care! Give her a raise! She is always so kind.

Got 2 sandwiches. Both made incorrectly for the 3rd time. And both wrapped so aggressively that the bread is literally squished in the center and the sandwiches are both a mess. I was hoping this isn't their standard but it now it seems to be a trend. Don't eat here people ita not worth your money.

Seriously one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. I keep thinking back on it! I had never been to Jersey Mike’s before and my experience here was excellent. Very friendly service and delicious food!

I legitimately do not know how this place has a 4.2 average. The sandwiches are way overpriced, and if they're not bland than they are disgusting. Even the cheese had no flavor, and I don't know how that's even possible. I could get a sandwich from Subway for half the price, twice the size, tastes better, and better selection of toppings and easier process of ordering than from here and that is pretty sad.

I love Jersey Mike's! The bacon is cooked to pure perfection. Its like magic! The gluten free bread is good - but the bowls are my favorite! So SO yummy
