I never received my order and was not offered to be refunded for the error. I was told it wasn’t their problem because they used DoorDash for a 3rd party delivery service, however I placed my order directly through the Jersey Mike App. I had no contact information for doordash, except for the delivery driver who didn’t speak English. I will not return to this location.

Disgusting and overpriced sandwiches. My wife and I spent $33 on two meals the other day here. Well I just placed an order at Pot Bellys sandwiches, which are way better quality and much more delicious. I got an extra large sandwich and original size for under $14 with a BOGO free day. Take the time to drive 10 more minutes and go to Potbellys instead you'll be glad you did!

This Jersey Mike's is fine, no issues. I'm just not a huge fan of. Their selection is limited, Lower calorie options are very limited as well. I just don't get the vibe. I prefer Schlotzky'sOr Jimmie John's over Jersey Mike. Both places have a large selection of options. Jersey Mike's is more in line with Firehouse.Another decent place with minimal choices.I haven't even mentioned Which Wich or Potbelly, again , to my mind , both beatJersey Mike's. My wife loves this placebecause it reminds her of the old schoolDeli , so I'm sure I'll be back.

Really clean location with friendly staff. My order is consistently made right and it always tastes really good. If you’re wanting a good sub this is the place to go in Conroe. They have hot and cold subs.

Terrible service, requested gluten free bun, was given rosemary parmesan. We call and they said that we had went to another location, then they said it was the right location but that we asked for rosemary parmesan and didn't offer a solution until we requested a remake and they said they could but due to them lying and arguing with us we did a refund instead. Waste of time never going back to this location when there are others nearby that we have never had an issue with. Also continued to argue with my wife upon refunding the order. And they already did before she went back to the store and told her she had to go up there to refund it. Terrible service - never go here.

If I hadn't PAID FOR AVOCADO I would have thought that the little smudge of green on my sandwich bread was mold because it was such a ridiculous amount (tiny!) of avocado considering I paid almost $3 extra for it. Beyond disappointing.

My husband and I came to play disc golf at some disc golf courses near by. It was our first time at this Jersey Mike’s location and we absolutely enjoyed our dine-in experience! My husband and I eat at Jersey Mike’s whenever we spot one while traveling away from home, since where we live doesn’t have a Jersey Mike’s near by. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The boss man “Joe” greeted every customer that walked through the door with such an outstanding attitude. It’s so pleasant receiving such high quality customer service in today’s society, so we greatly appreciated it. Joe said they are going to open a Jersey Mike’s near our home area, so we are ecstatic about that. We cannot wait because Jersey Mike’s is top tier in the sandwich game!Kid-friendliness: Provided a high chair for our 10 month old baby
My first visit to this location (Conroe on 336N) and the staff was extremely friendly. They were courteous and quick. I will definitely come back to this location.
