Order was placed at 12:30 for a 1pm pick up. Staff was rude and dismissive when they couldn't find the order due to order name field on the online ordering system. Once they realized it was under a different name lower on the receipt they acknowledged it was already being prepared, but wasn't ready or provided to us until 1:18pm.
For overpriced pizza, the experience put the nail in coffin for me.

This is the first time I've had Detroit pizza and WOW! was I impressed. The quality was outstanding. The pizza (pepperoni) was perfectly cooked, and the crust... Oh My Word! Buttery, crispy on the edges, and full of flavor.

Love our local Jets Pizza in Conroe. Always consistent. People are friendly.
This is not a good pizza. Order a large pepperoni and muchrooms pizza, and a greek salad. I'm not sure if they are aware how a Greek salad is made. Ingredients were not fresh, no peppeechines, and Italian dressing. The pizza was the same, canned mushrooms, rago tomato sauce and kinda over priced. I was disappointed.

Listen I'm a New Haven Pizza snob, so I can't say this is the best pizza ever, but I think the pizza here is wonderful. It's definitely a different style than I'm used to but done very well. It's not a mushy deep dish, there's a crispness to it that's addictive. 2 pieces per person is plenty.
Prices are great and they have a bunch of options for everyone. The location is just for delivery or pickup, no sit down, so just be aware.
