Shariah is the bomb, very good bartender. Kat Daddy's can be a great dive bar, and there is all kinds of people that visit here. I had really great time here.

I moved here in October and this has quickly become my go to spot for all my sports watching. There is a great staff, good food and cheap drinks. Can’t beat it. And Shariah and Delila have been awesome. Thursday and Saturday Karoke. Great place if you are in the area. And come say hello to me. I’m a regular now. Lol

I had a really disappointing experience with the bartender. She was rude, dismissive, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience just for ordering drinks. Customer service was completely lacking, and their attitude really put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable time. I understand everyone has bad days, but when you’re in hospitality, basic respect and courtesy should still be a priority. I hope management addresses this because it definitely affects the overall experience.

I love this place! Their staff is extremely friendly and make you feel like family. The prices are very reasonable and the bartenders are trained very well to learn how to properly make the right drink. Chryl is amazing!
The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked.
There is a juke box available to play music of your preference and their TVs are able to be changed to the game of your request.

Great bar! Awesome drinks, great service, and a relaxed but fun atmosphere. One of my favorite bars around!

Racist, bar tenders instigated a fight to their patrons over a “low tip” and the cops told us this happens weekly. Patrons cornered one of our friends and started a fight. Do not come here.

This was one of the most unprofessional, uncomfortable, and alarming experiences I have ever had in a bar — and it only got worse the longer it went on.

We arrived at Kat Daddy’s at 1:25 AM, well before their posted 2:00 AM closing time. The bartender, Chryl, immediately approached us with hostility and said, “I will not serve you,” before we even spoke, sat down, or asked for anything. There was no greeting, no explanation, and no mention of last call. Just immediate attitude and dismissal.

When we calmly asked about the closing time, she responded by saying that she closes the bar whenever she wants, not at 2:00 AM. That alone was shocking. A bartender does not get to arbitrarily change posted business hours based on personal feelings.

She then repeatedly brought up that she is pregnant, using it as justification for her behavior, and said she would only serve my friend because she knew her and didn’t know us. Let that sink in. Service was being offered selectively based on personal familiarity, not policy. This was openly stated, not implied.

What made it even more absurd is that she quickly realized she looked foolish when it became clear we all knew each other. Her entire justification unraveled in real time, yet instead of correcting herself or de-escalating, she doubled down on the hostility.

At one point she said, “Do you know who I am? My uncle is the owner.” That statement made the situation feel less like customer service and more like a power trip backed by nepotism. It explained a lot.

To be absolutely clear: we did not ask for drinks, we did not raise our voices, we did not argue, and we did not refuse to leave. I work in the service industry and understand last call etiquette very well. If last call had passed, that could have been communicated calmly and professionally in seconds. That is not what happened here.

Instead, without cause or warning, Chryl called the police on us. There was no disturbance. No threat. No refusal to comply. The escalation was extreme, unnecessary, and honestly frightening. Using law enforcement as an intimidation tactic against calm, compliant guests is unacceptable.

The way we were treated felt targeted, biased, and discriminatory. The hostility was immediate, the rules changed depending on who she “knew,” and the escalation was completely disproportionate. Whether intentional or not, the behavior came across as deeply unfair and unsettling.

Learning afterward that she is related to the owner makes this even more concerning. It raises serious questions about accountability and whether this behavior is tolerated or protected. Being pregnant or related to ownership does not excuse abusing authority, selectively serving customers, or involving the police without cause.

No one should ever feel unsafe, humiliated, or threatened for simply entering a business during operating hours. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a complete breakdown of professionalism, judgment, and leadership.

I will never return, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before supporting an establishment where posted hours, basic hospitality, and equal treatment clearly do not apply.

I arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing after friends asked me to join them. Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that police had been called on us, despite the fact that everyone involved was calm, respectful, and collected. There was no disturbance, confrontation, or refusal to comply with anything.

The bartender, Cheryl, was immediately rude and dismissive from the moment we walked in. There was no greeting, no explanation about last call, and no attempt at professional communication. If serving additional guests was overwhelming, or if the decision had already been made to close early or stop service, that could have been communicated politely and clearly. Any reasonable explanation would have been understood. Instead, the interaction escalated unnecessarily from the very start.

What was especially frustrating was the inconsistent and selective service. Cheryl chose to serve only one person in our group while refusing everyone else — not realizing that the same friend she was willing to serve was the one who had brought our entire group to the establishment. This made the situation feel arbitrary and unprofessional rather than policy-based.

I work in the service industry myself and fully understand last call and closing procedures. However, calling the police on calm, compliant customers instead of using basic communication is unacceptable. This was my first visit, and it will absolutely be my last.

Management should seriously evaluate staff behavior, as experiences like this unnecessarily drive customers away and reflect poorly on the business. I would strongly advise others to think twice before visiting.

What occurred during our visit was upsetting, degrading, and entirely inappropriate. Finding out afterward that the bartender is related to the owner only deepens the concern surrounding how this situation was handled.

We entered Kat Daddy’s at approximately 1:25 AM, which was well before the stated 2:00 AM closing time. Without any greeting or conversation, the bartender, Cheryl/Sheryl, immediately approached us and stated, “I will not serve you.” This happened before we sat down, spoke, or attempted to order anything. There was no explanation, no reference to last call, and no effort to communicate respectfully.

She then added, “Do you know who I am? My uncle is the owner.” That remark made it clear that this interaction was not rooted in standard policy or customer service, but rather in authority and entitlement.

For clarity, we remained calm throughout the entire encounter. We did not request drinks, we did not protest, and we did not behave inappropriately. As someone familiar with service-industry standards, I understand last call procedures and would have immediately accepted a polite explanation. Instead, we were treated as if our presence alone was an issue.

The situation escalated unnecessarily when law enforcement was contacted without any provocation. We were not disruptive, we did not refuse to leave, and there was no confrontation of any kind. Calling the police under these circumstances felt excessive and intimidating, not protective or warranted.

The abrupt hostility, combined with the rapid escalation, made the experience feel personal and discriminatory. The absence of basic professionalism or courtesy created an environment that was uncomfortable and alienating. Regardless of intent, the treatment felt targeted and unfair.

Learning that the bartender has a familial connection to ownership raises serious concerns about oversight and accountability. It suggests that this conduct may be excused or overlooked, which is troubling. No business should permit employees — especially those connected to ownership — to misuse authority or involve law enforcement against peaceful patrons.

Patrons should never feel threatened or demeaned for simply entering a business during its posted hours. This was not a misunderstanding; it reflected poor judgment and a breakdown in professional standards.

I will not be returning, and I urge others to carefully consider whether they want to support an establishment where power seems to outweigh hospitality and respect.

What a rude bartender Sheryl in glasses so entitled saying she runs this place. Came in 30 min before last call and said she refuses to give service and repeatedly kept saying “do you know who I am do you know I am??? The uncles the owner” all I’m saying if your bartender is closing your bar 30 min before 2AM you might need to take a closer look at what’s happening in your business
