The foods were good but the service was ridiculous. We used the kiosk to order and waited. The drive through was empty and only one other person inside aside from my brother and I. Saw on a sign they had this hot honey tender and it looked good. My brother goes to ask if there was a way to sample just the hot honey sauce. Now if there isn’t then a simple, “no I’m sorry it would have to be with the tenders” would of been completely fine, instead the only time that we interacted with someone that worked there, she was rude. I didn’t get her name, she was heavy set, tattoos, shaved head. But she treated my brother like an inconvenience. She shrugged and tossed her hands up, rolled her eyes. She went to ask a manger and right in front of us we can see her relaying the question to the manager and once again sounding annoyed by the request, throwing her hands up. The manager came up and we said never mind and that the worker was being so rude over a small request. The manager just said okay and continued taking the next order. Food good. Don’t recommend talking to anyone who gets paid to work there.

This place doesn't even deserve a few stars. I ordered a 12-piece family combo and when I got home all I received was 6 pieces of chicken, a flat bag of potatoes and a bowl of corn. I never received my mashed potatoes and half of the chickens were missing.

I love me some KFC but don’t come to this location. Ordered 2 orders of Nashville Hot combo with ranch dressing. They only had one order of tenders available. No problem we will wait. Saw our order just sitting in a counter and asked if the order could be put in a warmer waiting the rest of the order. Female server did not understand but the manager type person came to ask what the problem was. We said we did not want cold fries while waiting on the rest of the order. He took the order away in what I was hoping was a warmer. Finally order served. See photos. No sauce on our Nashville Hot tenders and no ketchup for fries and no ranch dressing. Back to counter to get condiments and ask for buffalo sauce since the tenders were not sauced. Manager said he wanted to see the order. He wanted to take it away but at that point we said no we could just eat the tenders with buffalo sauce. Other things were just not KFC quality such as went to bathroom to get paper towels as a napkin substitute. WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

I went to go and dine in KFC the other day and I was please being waited on. As we began to eat our dinner. We heard screaming, laughing, and hollering the kitchen! Everyone that was eating was looking at each other, wondering what was going on! Then we seen two employees laughing and running after each other around the restaurant. Very unprofessional especially when you have customers around trying eat their food. We left the restaurant very irritated on what we had witnessed.

Last night 12-9-2024 went with family , it was bad experience, poor quality food , had 6 pcs with four sides . Chicken was cold and one wing was stale , the other pieces were over cooked . I worked 7-8 years as General Manager in Churchs Chicken . I know how the chicken should look like and also the standard of service !

I often stop and get a small 8 piece chicken nugget with a small cup of water. Today, they said water would cost me 2.00 for a cup. We'll this location just lost my business over a cup of water.... I guess I will go to Popeyes, Wendy's, or McDonald's, where water is free.

I will never go to KFC Conroe again. I ordered an eight piece packet of chicken that tasted horrible. Why only dark meat, really!! I ordered one chicken breast as you can see it was raw, bloody, and black inside, so disgusting I wouldn’t feed it to my dogs.
