I went to KFC today for National Chicken Tenders day and ordered the 3 piece chicken tenders box and the chicken was absolutely HORRIBLE. the chicken was dry and tasted like it was made yesterday. The biscuit looks like they picked it up off the floor and placed into my box. I was utterly disgusted. I could not return my food because I was heading into work. I ended up tossing the whole box and my money right along with it. I was supposed to go to Cane's but I went to my old faithful KFC. What a let down!

I do not eat KFC chicken. My husband loves it, but not as good as use to be. Besides the pieces are so small. Pay a big price for little pieces of chicken.

Food is good but it's overpriced. they cut pieces (breasts) smaller and make you pay more. They give you what everyone else gives you but because it's KFC, you're paying for the name. I do like their biscuits.
The chicken had been in the oven way too long as it was hard and rubbery! The biscuits were stale and hard! The only thing good was the Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese! The chicken is what KFC is famous for!!! I won’t bother them with my business again. Hope some opens one in Willis.

The foods were good but the service was ridiculous. We used the kiosk to order and waited. The drive through was empty and only one other person inside aside from my brother and I. Saw on a sign they had this hot honey tender and it looked good. My brother goes to ask if there was a way to sample just the hot honey sauce. Now if there isn’t then a simple, “no I’m sorry it would have to be with the tenders” would of been completely fine, instead the only time that we interacted with someone that worked there, she was rude. I didn’t get her name, she was heavy set, tattoos, shaved head. But she treated my brother like an inconvenience. She shrugged and tossed her hands up, rolled her eyes. She went to ask a manger and right in front of us we can see her relaying the question to the manager and once again sounding annoyed by the request, throwing her hands up. The manager came up and we said never mind and that the worker was being so rude over a small request. The manager just said okay and continued taking the next order. Food good. Don’t recommend talking to anyone who gets paid to work there.
