The restaurant is old, dirty and smells musty. That aside the workers are very friendly. Food is just okay. I’m not sure how this chain will make it in the long run. Not many people eat here anymore

Had a large crowd to feed, and they did an awesome job at getting all the food together . We did not call ahead and had no wait time.

Food is adequate, at best. Chicken is often left in the warmer too long, resulting in dry meat. Orders are frequently mixed up with items left out. Check to go orders before leaving to save time and gas on return trip to correct mistakes. Manager (franchisee?) can often be heard scolding employees for slow prep work/screwups. Customers have voiced complaints in person, only to be rudely rebuffed. Several refunds were issued during a recent visit due to sluggish service. These orders were prepared without knowledge of this, demonstrating poor communication between the counter and kitchen as well as wasting expensive food. Avoid this location if you value your time and money.
We love their original recipe chicken and their pot pies.Unfortunately, we got home with our 8 piece bucket of chicken and they left out the wings.

So I went there through the drive thru an I got my order. I order a family brownie pack which was suppose to be warmed up before given to me an it wasn’t. I didn’t find out until I made it home.

Everyone and everything is filthy. The managers are very rude. They touch food with their hands and refuse to wear gloves or wash their hands. I wouldn't advise anyone to eat there.

Forced to order from an electronic kiosk. Kind of degrading, and less efficient than talking to a person. Plus, they let a lady in the restaurant with her pet dog. It was not a service animal. Service animals don't bark and whimper like this one did. A bunch of kids are running the place, not giving certain things like forks and condiments. They would when you went to the counter and asked, but these are just little things that add up starting with the kiosk then the barking dog, yada yada.
