Stood in front of the food line for 15 minutes before we were helped, the lady behind the line didn't speak any English so we had to wait till the cashier was done helping customers to translate, everything on the line was old and crusty looking, while the lady behind the food bar was serving us she STOPPED EVERYTHING TO TAKE A CALL, absolutely the worst customer service.when we asked for biscuits they said the oven was off and they were about to close it was 3pm when we walked inthe website says they close at 9pm, the store looked like an absolute mess out of the 25 buttons on the soda machine there were only 6 that didn't have an out of order sign there's something clearly wrong with this store cause there were 2 cashiers and one was hiding in the back while the one actually working the registers was running back and forth to stock, this store is an absolute disaster.
