The baked goods may taste good (never tried), but the customer service is horrible. I wanted to order custom Sesame street cupcakes for my son's seconds birthday and had been to the bakery once and had a pleasant conversation with the manager. I explained to her what we were looking for and she said that her decorator was on vacation, but she would likely be able to do what we were asking for, I would just need to come back when she was working and speak with her. Every time I come here I am so impressed with the warm customer service I get. If I can't find an item, Jose is always willing to help out. He knows the store back and front. I love shopping where you are appreciated.

Ordered a cake for my daughters birthday and was told 2 hours prior to pick up that they couldn't do it for copyright reasons... would've been nice to know the day I dropped off the picture or even yesterday since they have had it for days now. So I get to scramble around town to find something similar to do for her. Horrible customer service!!!!
