Love their deli deal meals taste great good value

Amazing customer service, everyone is friendly. They have countless of ice cream and popsicle flavors. Their other snacks are amazing too cannot wait to go back!!

Yesterday, on January 1, 2026, my family and I visited this place to get some ice cream and other treats. Unfortunately, the two girls who were working there had a terrible attitude. They were whispering to each other and giving us unfriendly looks. This isn’t the first time this has happened, but we’ve usually let it go because this is the only place we know of that serves good tosti-elotes. However, yesterday, they hit out limit. My popsicle had what looked like a silverfish. We went back to the counter and told them about it, but they gave us the same unpleasant attitude like it was our fault. They simply replaced the popsicle with another one and put it in the same bag as the others. They gave us the bag and said, “Have a good day,” and then walked away. They Don’t even ask if we wanted a refund or if we wanted the items replaced they just assumed. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed by the manager.

Horrible customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were met with rude looks and an extremely unwelcoming attitude. One employee immediately made an ugly face and acted as if she wanted us to leave right away. There was absolutely no greeting or basic courtesy.

The employee with black glasses and blonde hair, along with the black-haired girl, were both disrespectful and unprofessional. Their behavior was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unwanted.

I strongly recommend management look into these employees, as this level of service reflects very poorly on your business. Customers should never be treated this way.

We love this place! I come for the elote and fresh fruit bowls. My husband's obsessed with their ice cream! They are always so sweet when we come in. We bring our boys here for ice cream after school every couple weeks and I pop in whenever I need my Elote fix. Between the loaded chips and Ramen to the fresh ice cream, you really can't beat it! They knew what Conroe needed and made it happen! Now all they need is a loyalty program and I'd be there daily!
