Sunday breakfast/brunch. Nice selection of dishes. We arrived about 30 minutes after they opened. We'll be back but later in the day. As some of the dishes arrived at the buffet table cold and/or didn't have burners going under the pans, they were cold.
Vegetarian options: Omelet option with cheese and veg was quite good. Also sautéed onions, peppers and potatoes as well as a couple other non-meat options on the buffet table.

A little inconsistent in food quality. I have eaten here three times, twice it was really good and once was just ok. I had beef enchiladas and an appetizer of fajita nachos each time.
So the fajitas were really good, the queso was average, but we decided to order some flan. Don't do that very often but we do love good flan. It was burnt, way overcooked. Add insult to injury, they flat refused to take it off the bill. Don't think I'll ever be back, 16.00 for two pieces of burnt flan? No, we can find many other places that will take care of customers better.
