Laredo Taco Company

Asked for 2 tacos after waiting for someone to help me while a worker was outside playing on phone. Finally the cashier came to ask what I wanted. I said I wanted 2 tacos and she looked at me with a really rude look asked what kind. I walked out. Will never be back. Do better Laredo taco.

Stopped into the location in Dayton TX off 90. Order 5 breakfast tacos the lady making the tacos was very rude and the food was not good. The potatoes tasted old and the beans had a burnt taste. If I could give no stars I would.

Definitely not worth the money. Very small portions. Spent $25 and still hungry.

We absolutely love everything they offer. The barbacoa tacos, especially, are amazing! One note: the Carne Guisada tacos are really good, but very messy.

The guacamole had turned brown and the meat in the tacos was so tough they couldn't be chewed.

Really bad customer service i cant really go to any laredo taco because its spanish speaking only in the USA cant order food if you cant communicate and the food wasnt good

I hate to do this ,I don’t usually complain but today was a very bad experience,I had food from here before but today was very disappointed,I know togo food might change the quality of the product but this was out of hand,food was very dry ,my barbacoa rice and beans ,I could not eat it it ,my daughter love refried beans today was she wouldn’t eat them,I didn’t spend much but I wouldn’t just waste my money like that,?

Usually a great experience all around. Today, unfortunately, the tortillas were super undercooked and caked with flour. Usually, the tacos are filled up but today it was a meager portion. I wanted hot or iced coffee but at 845 AM there was no ice or milk from the coffee machines available.

I sometimes go to this Laredo taco company because it’s by my house but every time I go in there they are always rude to me. One time I asked for a potato, egg and cheese taco with extra potato pieces and they added some refried beans to it and I politely told them I didn’t ask for beans but they had given me the el campeón instead so I told them that wasn’t the one I wanted. They wouldn’t fix it so I ate it anyway. Then today I ordered another taco same as the one above and when they went to go fix my taco they weren’t going to put on the extra potatoes and cheese so I caught them before they closed it and said I asked for the cheese and potatoes and they rudely said no you didn’t. I had but they didn’t hear me. Long story short this store is very rude and I know that we shouldn’t act like that to customers because I work at the one in Magnolia on 1488 and my ltc doesn’t act like that

People are slow and would rather talk amongst themselves than the customer. Horrible customer service
