This location is terrible! Understaffed, Rude & Out of control. No customer service skills at all. It’s best that I stay away before I lose my freedom.
I waited 20 minutes past my scheduled pickup time to ask if they knew how much longer it would be. (They were very busy, so I was willing to give them a little extra time.) when I went to ask, the guy at the counter told me I needed to have some patience. When I got my order, it was completely wrong, and less expensive than the amount I paid. When I got home and realized this, I tried calling to straighten it out, and no one ever answered the phone. extremely slow service. "manager " was very rude .we actually heard him curse at someone in the drive thru .had to wait 40 minutes for 1 pizza
