I ordered from app, show up 15 minutes later and then wait 20 more minutes to get my single pizza ready. They didn't offer anything to solve it, just like this happens everyday. Why they have an app to order pizza that should be ready, welcome to the worst service.

This review will be in regard to the less than favorable customer service I received 3/17/24. I placed an order online around 1pm for a pick up time of 3:15-3:20pm. The first red flag was seeing people standing around for their online orders that were already placed in advanced. Second, when I told the cashier my order information he could not it in the system and he asked to see the address on my order to confirm that I had the correct location. After "finding" it, he lets me know the pizzas wouldn't be ready for another 20 minutes! I contemplated going to another location and said I would like a refund. This caused him to check the back and said they can reduce the wait by 5 minutes. This was most inconvenient as we were bringing these to a dinner but alas we had no other choice. What baffles me is placing in order so well in advanced with a scheduled pick up time and still having to wait. Made it seem pointless.To top it off, the cashier did not have the curtesy to let me know my pizzas were in the warmer when ready which resulted in the wait being longer the necessary.Overall, be careful with this location. There is in issue with managing their order loads and they get behind. Also, they do not communicate with customers any issues regarding their orders which adds more frustration to any situation. I will not be back to the N Frazier location....

Walked into the the store and about 2 ppl where in the back doing nothing and 2 other in the front while a lady was doing drive through and nobody was taking my order and they fs seen me but then finally when the girl got done she had to take my order but then I got the food and walked out a man came through and one of the guys who was in the back doing nothings took his order
