Lots of people waiting. Kept giving "15 more mins". Wife ordered an hour before she showed up and one guy was making pizza but two more people came in. I dont mind waiting for food but jesus. Still no pizza website said 7:48pm. It is now 8:44pm. Finally got pizza at 9:04pm. Pizza good, service trash.

I went the other day after work had already been in traffic for 1 hr 30 minutes and I wanted to try the new pizza puffs. Big mistake stopping here, they had one dude taking orders and he would randomly stop. It was about 8 people in line and it took me about 40 minutes to place my order and he told me it would only take 20 minutes bc they were backed up and had to make my pizza puffs fresh. He told everyone before and after me the same 20 minutes. After waiting for an additional 40 minutes my food was ready, not worth the headache and I won’t be back seeing as they advertise “hot and ready” the cashier even said they were supposed to have the food already waiting.

You're better off driving a little further down Frazier to the Little Caesars in the HEB parking lot. Phone service didn't work so I had to order at the store and wait. Pizza came with 50% the toppings of the other Little Caesars. And it's just my opinion, but it even looked like a less sanitary environment.

Terrible service. 3rd time I've been here and there is 11 people standing in line and the drive thru was full. nobody moving. not sure what they were doing. waited 20 more minutes and then just left without pizzas.

Last week when i placed an order online for 2 pizzas and wings i paid for several sauces. Show up and they were completely out because the manager forgot to place the order. Today i called in to place an order and waited 25 minutes at the location for it to be ready. After waiting 25 minutes for the pizza to be ready i walk inside to pay only to be told they aren’t taking cash right now because the manager didn’t open the safe before he left. I told the person i spoke with on the phone i was paying cash. At no point was it mentioned they aren’t taking cash. Had to leave the order there and go to a different little chasers. Super frustrating. Always issues at this location. Get new management
