Today I went to get a Crazy puff order but the manager would not fulfill the order I requested. She gave me two reasons One was that they were not allowed to make them with just cheese . No sauce only cheese and second because she didn’t have dough. My question is are we not allowed to order this , when that’s the way my grandson likes it. This location has gotten a lot better. It seems there is new management.
This location is terrible! Understaffed, Rude & Out of control. No customer service skills at all. It’s best that I stay away before I lose my freedom.
