Well I called in to order 8 pizzas for my sons bday and apparently any order over 50 can't be ordered and paid for when we pick up like really its not like there not gonna sell the pizzas anyways if someone didn't show up I was at a total of 51$ so the whole thing was over a dollar which is crazy no help at all will be going someplace different for now on highly disappointing

This is one of the worst Little Caesars I have ordered from. I had ordered from them because my family and I were down there for a baseball tournament. I had to wait over thirty minutes past the time my order was supposed to be ready and I wasn't the only person waiting. All the workers were messing around and laughing in the back. I received an email saying they were having trouble putting the order in the portal and to talk to a representative. When I asked about my order they told me they were still working on it and they don't know why I received that email.
I accidentally ordered from the same store again and once I realized I did I tried calling them to cancel the order because I was back in my home area but nobody ever answered the phone. I gave up after the fourth try and will call my bank to request my money back.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LITTLE CAESARS!!

Ordered two pizzas and two crazy puffs. Our food wasn’t ready by the pick up time and had to wait another 20-30 mins. When we got there at 8pm, which was our pickup time, they told us they were putting the pizzas in the oven. Pizzas tasted fine, but the crazy puffs were sloppily put in the box. I get it got stuck to the pan that it baked in, but come on it looks ridiculous. Do better.

Well, to start I order my food at 8:45 pm and an hour later still not ready, then they proceed to tell me that the pizza hasn’t been made yet. That they will be making it at that moment. After an hour!
Made me waist time a lot! I should have order somewhere else. Like Dominos or Papa John’s where no matter how busy they are, they will have it ready in 20 minutes. Just don’t put an estimated time like 9:16 to 9:27pm. You’re giving me a time frame where the food will be hot and ready.

Tiffany has some of the worst customer service I have seen in a long time. She had her cashier in front taking orders but I wanted a refund, well he has NO ACCESS to the refunds and needs a manager to do it. She’s in the back on the phone ignoring a full lobby of people trying to ask questions.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had from there ordered $70 worth of pizza. Two hours later never showed up had to drive to the store to get a refund. Don’t bother. They should have their franchise license pulled. Not the first time should’ve learned my lesson.
I’m not one to complain but come on. This is something that should have been caught and remade.

This place has gone downhill recently. The last few times my pizzas haven’t been ready until at least 45 min after they were supposed to be ready. The latest was almost an hour and a half later. Don’t come here unless you have some time to burn before eating.
