We went today and had an assortment of food, boiled shrimp, shrimp, étouffée, gumbo shop, Poboy, the grilled catfish, and the grilled chicken pasta along with the beignets. Everything was delicious.

I am a "Senior." On July 2, 2023 I went to the Conroe Catch restaurant for a late lunch. It was very busy, but that was OK. What was not ok was what happened to my food when I went to the drink machine to replenish my cola. While my back was turned, with my food still on the table, someone cleared iy. I asked to speak to a manger; the person said she was the manager. When I asked about my food disappearing, she just stared at me. No apology, no replacement, just nothing. What she did was inexcusable.

You order at the counter then they bring you your food. I had the Grilled Jumbo shrimp with red beans, rice and okra. Yummy. The best fried Okra I think I've ever had. The batter was very crispy and delicious. My husband had the fried fish and and french fries. Both of his items were delicious as well. I'm not a fan of french fries and his were delicious. I don't know what seasoning they used but boy was it good. The portions were great; Neither one of use could eat all of our food.

I enjoy eating at the Catch their food is fresh and I enjoy their different flavors of margarita's..the employee are always very friendly and very helpful..they are always walking around making sure you need anything

We arrived at The Catch about 4:30PM on Sunday, 5/15/2022. The establishment was "Busy", Called In Orders, Take Outs, Drive Through, In House Orders. We placed our order and received our cups for Cold drinks. We went directly to the Drink counter where we found the Ice machine to be empty. We immediately notified the young man server and then seated ourselves. After "A" while, the Main server lady was passing our table and we notified Her about the Ice Machine problem. People kept coming in and ordering and they found out, just like us, that the Ice Machine wasn't working. They just got drink and no ice and went and sat down. After "A" while, my Wife got up and went to the Service counter where She notified the other girl server that the Ice machine wasn't working. My Wife got the 'Deer In Ther Headlights Look". After a few seconds my Wife suggested that She, the server, fill or cups from the Ice machine at the Drive Through station, which She did. After the other , No Ice Patrons witnessed this, they All did what we did. One would think, "If our ice machine in the Dining area isn't working, we have to fill the customers cups with ice, from the Drive Through counter Ice machine, when the Customer orders. However this did not happen. Customers were given cups, they would notice the Ice machine didn't work and They had to ask for Ice. Now, the Food was awesome as always. The establishment was extremely busy but that is no excuse for not taking note of an issue and dealing with it. The Solution should not be the Customer's duty. We will continue to support The Catch. Management needs to do a little better job on training, "Quick Thinking"

My husband and I went to The Catch and had the boiled crawfish. They were the worst I have ever eaten and they were dirty and some smelled bad. I have eaten at the Catch before and everything was good. I will go back but never the boiled crawfish.

We are regular's to The Catch in Conroe Texas! Julie and her staff are awesome and the food is delicious! If you are driving on I-45 take the 105 Exit and head West it's right near the Whataburger ! You think at first it's a fast food place! BUT WOW IT'S NOT, they have the capability to drive through and order if your wanting that choice. But the sit down dining is comfortable! Julie is an amazing woman she works hard with her staff to please everyone. Some people just can't be pleased at all, give this crew a chance they do believe in "The Best Customer Service Ever" and "Giving you the Best Seafood ya ever ate"!! They get a 10+ rating from me.
Picked up 5 pounds right before they closed today- and they did not disappoint!! Nice size great flavor and spice!! Super nice staff! We will absolutely be back!! Thanks again for hanging out a little later so we could get some!!

Hands down the best Crawfish Étouffée we’ve had. Crawfish, potatoes and corn was pretty darn good as well, seasoned to perfection! Fantastic service, great people!!
If you haven’t been to Lou’s, you need to!! Highly recommend!!
