Great food. Great people

It was so bitter sweat to hear you are moving. I wish you the best of luck at your new 1488 location. I can't wait to see the changes you make.

Honestly, I wish I had read some of the reviews before coming here. They are very mixed. Some people have said the food is great, others said it needed work. We came in on a bad day. They told us they were closing tomorrow, and honestly I felt bad because of COVID19 affecting small businesses and I thought that was the case. But after seeing the attitude displayed when my husband called telling them they messed up 2 of our 3 items ordered, I can probably see this has more to do with overall service than the pandemic. The manager (male) clearly had a bad attitude when we called politely asking for him to make us the correct items we ordered and paid for. This isn't the worst part- Once we get our "correct" order we opened it and the food itself is disgusting. It's completely inedible. It was clearly rushed the second time. We flushed $50 down the toilet and I would like a refund. We are all struggling during these times, But no one really has money to waste right now, now we are without edible food and down $50. Waste of time and money. Update: Went back the next day to ask for our money back ($50) and brought the food to him so he would see it wasn't eaten. Instead takes cash out of his pocket and says "That should be enough considering I didn't even have to help you" and gave us $25 cash. Assholes!!!

I ordered the NY style large pizza and the chicken Alfredo. The pizza was absolutely amazing. I've been craving pizza lately and not the big corporate places. This pizza took care of that craving and I still have more than half left. My son chose the chicken Alfredo. He loves the sauce but he didn't care for the chicken as much. He said it was a bit dry. I tried a piece and agree with him. He still ate it all and was happy, nonetheless. We will be repeat customers from this point on. Thank you, Luigi's!

We went here a couple years ago and the calzones were amazing. This visit was just awful. We waited 10 minutes to be seated, and there were only three tables. Our booth and the one next to it was dirty (a serious offense with COVID-19). Took another 15 minutes to get our drink orders. Waited forever to order. I notice that the tables around us are antsy and haven’t yet received their food. We order an appetizer and two pastas. When the mozzarella sticks come out, they look like they were bought from the frozen food section of Walmart. They were out of their rolls, so they replaced them with what seemed like slices of frozen garlic bread. Our pasta finally arrives. My husband got the trio and it was TINY (something I heard another table complaining about). Mine was the “lobster” ravioli for $15, regular ravioli is $9. It apparently did not include any actual lobster, only shrimp, which was not mentioned in the description. So I have only four lonely cheese ravioli, with TWO tiny pieces of shrimp in this pink “lobster” sauce. They were cold in the middle. Just to be clear, that is $6 more for a different sauce and two small pieces of shrimp. The ravioli are the same. Save your money. The server also forgot my salad that came with the meal and I had to prompt her for it. In total it took over an hour and a half. They were prioritizing to go orders instead of the three tables in front of their faces. Trust me, go somewhere else.

Great family friendly environment, good pasta and flavor is authentic, large plates, the calzone was the size of my arm! Will definitely be coming back

Amazing family environment and great food. Thank you for taking such good care of my family.

Food was great, not slow service. Table was dirty when we were seated and they don't offer soda water apparently. We will go back.

I love this restaurant. Their food is delicious, and the staff is sooooo friendly. And during football season, they're Saints fans, so the game is always on. (They play other teams too, for you Texans and Cowboys (blech) fans.

I couldn’t believe the portion size for the take out meals we ordered. One item could feed two people. Our party ordered multiple items from the menu, and all were good.

Better pizza then Pizza Hut, Lil Cesar's, and Domino's combined. Papa John's pizza taste like 20 year old garbage compared to Luigi's. Price's are competitive as well.

Amazing service and Amazing food! My husband and I eat here at least twice a month, if not more. We absolutely love the pizza, Stromboli and the Spaghetti. Lunch specials are awesome and very budget friendly. I am so happy we discovered Luigi's when we moved to Conroe.

I wanted to treat my mom to dinner and she chose Luigi's Italian restaurant. Trying a new place to eat is always an adventure, you never know how it will turn out. Long story short, the service was decent, the food was bland, and the ambiance needed work. This could be a great place if it had a little makeover. Even though the service was good, our waitress wasn't dressed professionally. She was wearing customer clothes! She was really nice though. When I tried to take advantage of my free dessert by checking in with Yelp, she told me they wouldn't honor it, and that should have been taken down awhile ago. This wasn't a bad experience. It was almost like going over to a friends house for dinner. Except the friend is a stranger billing you for bland Italian food. Meh...

First time we have ever been here and it will be the last time. Maybe once upon the food was good here but not tonight. We came here after reading the Yelp reviews thinking it would be good. The garlic bread, which we had to pay for separately was under done - at least I could take it home and doctor it up. My pasta with olive oil was just okay. No salad or soup or bread came with the pasta - I guess this keeps the price down? So sorry I do wish you luck
