Stopped by today. They have closed their retail store. Sign on the door says you need to preorder.Hopefully for those who do plan ahead and preorder, the selection of cuts will increase. Last few visits showed a poor selection, with limited choices and with some products only available pre-seasoned.The quality of products, though, was pretty good. Some were top quality.Now on to find something with good quality and more convenient.
Went in about 11:00 am on a Saturday. Where's the beef?? the place was dirty. No beef available. No prices listed in the meat cases. The refrigerators were empty. The casher was out of receipt paper?? So they texted my receipt. Never got it. Checked my bank and I paid over $65 for 4 chicken breast and 4 pork chops.

Definitely coming back! My first time here and as soon as i walked in I met Mike. He asked if I was looking for something and after being turned down by many in my area for not selling the product I was hesitant, but I asked and he said yes! He asked what I was doing and gave me a tour and a lesson towards my process. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and the links.A pleasant experience and my forever new meat market.

Went in for some of their ground meat special 10# individual wrapped in 1# packs, picked up some great looking T-bone steaks while there, if you've never experienced a real meat market you've got to try them out the aroma when you walk in the door is amazing, hand cut meat, fresh and how you like it, you won't want to go back to the box stores
