Absolutely the best stop in Conroe. The lady seems to always be here working and absolutely nothing slows her down. Always a smile on her face and a kind word to share. NOT a fast food place but a local experience. Waiting your turn visiting with others trying to choose a great combination. Watching kids eyes light up. Worth taking a seat and enjoying the atmosphere.

I tell you what...shout out to the man in front my husband and I....who pulled out that endless piece of hair out his big ole scoop of ice cream! I LOVE how the employee tried to give the furious man their ice cream back after removing it!!! What a joke! Saved my night and ran out that place! Glad they left too. These kids need to tie their hair or learn about sanitary expectations....gross.

Not a single employee came to the front from probably 10 minutes. Rang the bell on the door a few times and someone finally emerged from the back. Paid $11 for their “best value” size which is their most expensive, and it’s was barely even a scoop of ice cream. I’d hate to see their small portion size. The two employees couldn’t get to the back fast enough, even before I made it to the exit and they were gone.

I went here yesterday to pick up ice cream for my brother’s birthday and had such an incredible experience all because of Miss Betty. She was so kind and went far and beyond for me, even provided me a plastic bag to help me carry all my ice cream I took to go. If I ever pass by Marble Slab I’ll buy ice cream so long as she’s there, even in the winter!

The older woman working tonight was a rockstar! So sweet! We have not had great experiences at this location previously due to rude staff on multiple occasions but she was such a sweetheart and was doing her best to keep up with us and the other people in line! She greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome ( out of the norm for this location unfortunately ). Management give her a pat on the back!

Came in tonight at 9:45 to treat my kid w some ice cream. 15 minutes before closing. I was told we couldn't get anything mixed in because the slab was already melting and could only get 1 topping in top. OK that's fine. All the toppings were already put up. Then he puts the topping on top to the point that when my kid tries to eat it they spill all over and off the ice cream... so not only could I not get unlimited mix ins as advertised. But didn't even get to enjoy the 1 topping bc it spilled everywhere. I didn't plan to stay bc I knew they closed soon. Im not that person. But if ur open till 10 ur open till 10. And yes I've worked many years in food service. So I get it. You dont get to clean up and close up shop 20 mins before closing...

Extremely disappointed in their flavorless ice cream.
Went in tonight for national ice cream day. Every ice cream flavor was half way melted. When the scoops were put on the slab, (one scoop at a time back and forth from the ice cream to the slab…) it got all over and did not look like scoops because of how melted it was. The slab was filthy and I got residue of other ice cream on the one I received. Employees were not welcoming, and just lacked in customer service overall. I love marble slab’s ice cream and I’ll always go, just not to this location..
