The older woman working tonight was a rockstar! So sweet! We have not had great experiences at this location previously due to rude staff on multiple occasions but she was such a sweetheart and was doing her best to keep up with us and the other people in line! She greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome ( out of the norm for this location unfortunately ). Management give her a pat on the back!

Came in tonight at 9:45 to treat my kid w some ice cream. 15 minutes before closing. I was told we couldn't get anything mixed in because the slab was already melting and could only get 1 topping in top. OK that's fine. All the toppings were already put up. Then he puts the topping on top to the point that when my kid tries to eat it they spill all over and off the ice cream... so not only could I not get unlimited mix ins as advertised. But didn't even get to enjoy the 1 topping bc it spilled everywhere. I didn't plan to stay bc I knew they closed soon. Im not that person. But if ur open till 10 ur open till 10. And yes I've worked many years in food service. So I get it. You dont get to clean up and close up shop 20 mins before closing...

Went in tonight for national ice cream day. Every ice cream flavor was half way melted. When the scoops were put on the slab, (one scoop at a time back and forth from the ice cream to the slab…) it got all over and did not look like scoops because of how melted it was. The slab was filthy and I got residue of other ice cream on the one I received. Employees were not welcoming, and just lacked in customer service overall. I love marble slab’s ice cream and I’ll always go, just not to this location..

They were out of vanilla cinnamon ice cream and the sweet lady just added cinnamon to the vanilla ice cream for me. She was so nice. She deserves a raise ?
Neither worker was wearing gloves. One of them was making a banana split with her bare hands after taking cash payments. No hand washing in between. The other girl was leaning INTO the ice cream cooler to scoop the ice cream out. A couple of the tables were dirty. Just overall didn't seem very sanitary.

This place is So great! I got an awesome cookie dough ice-cream cup to which I added Reeses peanut butter cup!!! My husband got a banana split! So yummy!

I'm a big guy, and ice cream can absolutely be my kryptonite. Marble Slab is the legitimate holder of it. Sweet cream and gummy bears almost takes me back - it's my typical, go-to order. This one has the typically great ice cream, but the times I've gone in the staff has never been more than decent, in attitude.

Worst experience I’ve had at ANY shop. Ordered ice cream and 15 minutes later asked for lids… two reasonable, in scope of job description, requests. Was sworn at multiple times, disrespected, and ultimately didn’t even receive the lids. Instead he took phone calls, made excuses, and hid in the back room instead of helping customers who weren’t mean in the slightest. 0/10 recommend to even the biggest ice cream fans. Guy with the mullet needs to be fired yesterday
