Food was great but the service...from walking in to a warm friendly untrusted greeting, to ordering and having recommendations made, food being served with condiments just in case we wanted them. Food was visually on point and tasted even better. Watched staff interact with every guest as if that person was most important person in the place. Alot of seniors who I saw not ever rushed to order and care taken with them. I can't praise the staff enough and in turn the management...

I was referred to McAlister’s by a good friend of mine, Chaz, who has been telling me for a while that their tea is the best around — and so are their sandwiches. My wife and I eat sandwiches pretty regularly, but usually at another spot (let’s just say, an East Coast–based competitor). Well, while in Conroe a week or so back, meeting friends, we passed a McAlister’s sign and hearing his voice in my head, I finally decided to listen to my buddy. I’m glad we did.

Clean, charming atmosphere, and great service! Our food was delicious- fresh ingredients and nice flavor combos. I loved my Spud Max potato, but, be warned, it is huge! We also love that they brew their tea fresh every morning. It was my first time at a McAllister’s- it it won’t be my last.

Kid-friendliness: Family friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Ok- one level, seems like it would be a bit tight to navigate.
