Omg I always say “maybe the coffee won’t be burnt today” but EVERYTIME! I will pay 6 dollars for mc Donald’s coffee BUT this specific location only- the coffee ALWAYS taste burnt!! This is the only mc Donald’s on my way to work can yall please fix this ?

First, I have to say I don’t usually leave a review for a fast food place because I don’t go often but my experience at this location was so great. It’s the cleanest restaurant I’ve been in in forever. The service was incredible. The lady named Mikki who took my order was the most polite, sweetest lady I’ve ever dealt with in public service. She was very hard-working and very courteous. The food was hot fast convenient probably the nicest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been in.. in this day and age it was a refreshing change.

Terrible service. Staff are rude and lie. Pulled up to the drive thru only to be greeted with a good minute of them forgetting they had their mic on and were joking and laughing making very inappropriate comments. Was also informed that apparently after 9 pm because this is such an unsafe location, they cannot deliver curbside which seems extremely unlikely as they are surrounded by luxury apartment complexes. There’s locations off 1960 that will bring you your food curbside after 9 pm.
Best customer service I’ve experienced at a McDonald’s in a long time. Very friendly staff and a very clean restaurant. Will be coming back
