They do okay. Okay is the emphasis. The only reason I go here is to get a coke. When I get a diet coke I'm disappointed. It's about a 1/3 rate to get your order right here. If you have a Mac's that makes your order right, go there. They will not make your order correctly here.

Miss Mikki deserves a raise ! 10/10 service. Stopped by our table every few minutes and made sure everything was good and also refilled our drink without us having to ask. Best employee at this McDonalds hands down and a hard worker. Get this women a RAISE. treated everyone in here with kindness and great service

Not the worst/freshest McDonald’s but sure ain’t the nicest. I got pulled up for an online order that I place 14 minutes to before arriving. No biggy, I can wait. When I got my order it had my tag order on the bag so I didn’t bother to check my bag. I got home after waiting in ridiculous amount of traffic due to an accident and my order was completely wrong. I called and they said they’d make it up to come back before 11pm and they’d remake the order. I go back and apparently they can’t fix the issue without a receipt I never received or the old food given back to them. Ridiculous.

The overnight manager needs more training not the other lady or the young man that works periodically. She is rude and basically is concerned with other customers. I won't be coming back here anymore. It's sad that service people pick and choose who to take care of in a fast food setting.Good luck

if you have a big truck don't bother going to this location their sensors won't detect your vehicle at the drive through and the owner refuses to fix it. you'll sit there waiting while everyone else gets their order taken.

My order was for four double burgers, a large french fry, and a small, frozen blue raspberry. The burgers were OK, the fries were way undercooked and had to be thrown away and they did not give me my drink. I went back for it, and they said they don’t have blue raspberry. Then why in the heck did the cashier sell it to me? After requesting and waiting, waiting and waiting, the manager came and refunded the money for the drink. Last time I go to this location.No smile, no hello and no thank you. Goodbye.

Stopped on my way home for a chicken sandwich, add cheese got free fries since it’s free fries Friday. My total was $1.72, not bad! Ate some fries on the way home. Got home opened my chicken sandwich, NO CHICKEN!, just bun, cheese, mayo & lettuce! I went back to store(I live 5 miles away). All she could do was refund my $1.72 and give me new fries & a chicken sandwich with chicken in it this time. That didn’t even pay for my gas!! There should be some other sort of compensation on their part when they screw up. I asked for a gift card, she told she couldn’t do that. This is the 3rd time I’ve had an issue with this location. If you can’t off quality customer service, you shouldn’t be in business.
