I almost got myself in trouble , I have a hard time Beleiving people are so bad at there simple job they do every day... working a long day out in the sun i finally decide it's time I need a break, so I go to McDonald in conroe literally everything about it was messed up, cold mushy french fries , the burger you can see in the pic. give me burger patties. We're 2 different colors. The cheese was on the box instead of on the burger. I said, no pickles and no onions.. and it took sixteen minutes from after I ordered till I got my food. 3 people well, I was waiting for mine. And of course, waiting at the front count to get help to order. Nobody came to help him. They all 3 walked out. I will never be going back to this McDonald's.

I Oder a double cheeseburger and I ask for slice one cheese so it comes out it two slices so I sent it back so five later the second burger come out it was a cheeseburger with everything on it so I go back up to the counter this no a double cheeseburger it a single cheeseburger and it has everything on so can I please get my double cheeseburger with one slice of cheese so I waited 35 minutes for the burger the customer service is a joke I will not be back because of the poor customer service

the lady yâall have working drive thru tonight is extremely rude and unprofessional. I really hate dealing with her she is awful. Sheâs absolutely too old to be acting that way, sheâs gotta be late 40âs acting like she is 13 in highschool mocking customers, yelling and horrible attitude for no reason. Very tacky, I really hope sheâs not a manager. Why so mean?

CANCELLED. my momâs order, whenever my mom was trying to tell her the code for it, the lady kept trying to act like she couldnât hear my mom & said that the order wasnât there. BUT. later on this other guy came on the mic & said that the order was THERE but that it had âfailed.â anyways worst experience here AGAIN.

They have messed up my food multiple times. I ordered a meal with a dr pepper and tell me why they only gave me the drink and not the meal??? like and thatâs not the first time theyâve messed up my order. I liked going to this mcdonaldâs bc they were closer to where I lived but their staff are disrespectful and canât take orders right. I called the manager and asked if I could get my meal since I paid for it and the whole time heâs trying to not to laugh and the people in back laughing too like please donât piss me off. That manager needs to get his attitude checked fr. If y'all want mcdonaldâs i suggest the one over by heb they're nice and their food tastes better.
