I LOVE this McDonald's the burger I ordered for my son was perfect wasn't burnt nor under cooked and the French fries the French fries were a 10/10 and and the service the survice was amazing All the employees understood my son because he has speech class and the employee's were so nice you need to go to this McDonalds ❤️

I’m not from Conroe, but visiting family swung by through the drive-through and I just Management to know that there’s a young gentleman by the name of Juan that helped me with my order around 1 PM March 1. This young person was very polite and if I owned a business, I would’ve recruited him.

The drive thru... lady taking orders was Spanish (which is fine but didn't need that post) and we couldn't understand a thing she was saying and we had to repeat everything twice, the lady taking money was ok but just seemed like she didn't want to be there. My son and I ordered the chicken nuggets and fries (share bundle)... the fries were nice and hot but the chicken nuggets didn't taste like chicken, it tasted like nasty dirty grease... piss poor... husband's Big Mac was just a nasty mess... piss poor. The outside grounds were full of trash... never going back, I should have taken pictures.

Usually gets orders right and if they don’t they fix it without any issues. I prefer this location as they are only McDonald’s near that has the 40 nuggets and 2 large fries shareable meal for $15.09!!! Can’t beat it!!! Feeds my family of four🫶

Any time i go in, it takes forever to get my food. Whether i use selfie sivers or a human, nobody seem like they want to be there, and they only focus on their drive-through, and they don't like that they have a lobby because when you go through the drive-thru then they move fast
