No fault to the staff, my issue was with the app. However, the manager tonight, Tyler, went above and beyond. I appreciate his efforts to solve the app issue for me and issue a refund for the double order.

I got food poisoning or caught a stomach virus from a sick employee from a single restaurant visit through the drive through. I was sick for 2 and a half days vomiting. This was the only food I ate that day and I was sick later that night. The food didn't taste that good either, but that is obviously the least of my concerns. McDonald's has lost a customer for life. I take it very seriously if I get sick from a restaurant and their negligence. Please investigate this location.

How the hell d they always give you the wrong sauce or no ketchup packet or sauce at all. I asked every time and no matter what I get a bbq packet no ketchup no honey mustard. 5 times in a row this had happened.

These people had me pay for someone else's order and then when I get to the window the employee asked me the order and that was the wrong order. He did apologize, but after he shut the window him and two other employees are peeking and giggling at me as if any of it was my fault. So I left in the middle of the line. I blessed someone with their order but left without mine. Both stores on Tx-242 Conroe Tx are unprofessional and I don't recommend.
