No fault to the staff, my issue was with the app. However, the manager tonight, Tyler, went above and beyond. I appreciate his efforts to solve the app issue for me and issue a refund for the double order.

How the hell d they always give you the wrong sauce or no ketchup packet or sauce at all. I asked every time and no matter what I get a bbq packet no ketchup no honey mustard.
5 times in a row this had happened.

I threw away my receipt so I was unable to leave this young man a survey. I will say if you go to this location I can only hope Tyler is the one that takes your order. Today's day and age you don't expect a whole lot coming from the youth but I gotta say, Tyler is an exceptional employee offering manors respect and hospitality. Well done young man. We need more people like this running the front. 🙂
