I ordered on my app and received a message that my food was ready while driving there. When I arrived, the drive-through line was really backed up. I decided to go inside to get my food because I had already received a text that it was ready. I went inside and told the cashier that I ordered for a drive-thru order and already received a text that it was ready, but the drive-thru line was really long. I just want to pick up my order inside. He told me that I had to go to the drive-thru. He then argued with me on this. I then asked to speak to a manager, and he walked away. Finally, a woman walked out. She did not know what was going on or what to do. The customer service here is a ZERO! I had to get back into my car and go thru the drive thru. Then the people in the drive thru had lost my order. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I will never go here when my kids want to go there. We will always go somewhere else. I know this is not going to do anything for this place, but the fact that the cashier was arguing with me and the manager had no clue what was going on, and did nothing.
Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The service is terrible.

Usually quick and fresh food. Be careful if you order coffee after 9am it may not be fresh. I've had coffee ground in the bottom the last 3 times. Staff speaks Spanish, with veri little English.

Google Maps took me to McDonald's instead of Popeye's. I pulled up to Popeye's anyway, got my food rather quickly and it was flipping delicious! GO TO POPEYE'S!

They FAILED ...placed order with the electronic cash register...FAIL... after 25 min of not getting our food... went up to the front to wait for a person to help us....the receipt did not print out in back for them to get us our order. they reprinted it and 10 min later.... finally got the 3 happy meals and my lunch.minus a water...I am not impressed. no one was even sorry. Customer Service is not an option at this restaurant.
