This is the slowest McDonalds in gods green earth. I have came here to pick up food and order food myself. There is always people waiting for food here.

So I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal and only got 19 nuggets, insane 😒 If I hadn't checked my bags I would've also left without a burger 🍔

2nd time going to this McDonalds (breakfast). Wish I had read the reviews prior to, so that I would’ve known the service is always horrible. Both times I had to pull over and park to wait 15 mins; only once was my food wrong. The rating is cause the service shouldn’t be so slow with hardly any cars in drive thru.

This McDonald’s is in a nice area, so I wasn’t expecting the experience I had. There were two drive-thru lines, and another car and I arrived at the same time. The line I was in barely moved while the other line went through about 10 cars before I was even able to order. When I finally reached the speaker, my order was taken incorrectly, and I didn’t receive what I asked for. Overall, the service was slow and disorganized, which was disappointing.

I pulled up through drive thru and waited about 2-3mins before being acknowledged. I placed my order and pulled up to the window. As i was pulling up, i received a call from my girlfriend to get fries for my son. I had already order but i figured i can ask at the paying window. Well, i asked the gentleman who took my payment at 3:55pm (dont know his name). He looked at me and made the changes. He took my payment and as he was handing me the card, he rudely stated (you had a couple minutes to decide on a order and decide to pull up to my window to add fries. You had plenty of time to decide what to order.. No one ever does that.) he hand me my card and i left to the next window. On top of that, i only received 2 nuggets on a 4pc nugget meal and it was HARD AND FIRM. This gentleman needs to be addressed and corrected. He doesnt know i received a call to add fries on my way to the window and he decided to state that i had enough time. Also, its extra sales so it shouldnt be a problem. I am a manager a big retail chain and this is a behavior i wouldnt tolerate from any employee. You should never speak to the customer like. His tone was horrible too. I smiled and drove off but it looked like me smiling ticked him off. Please address this employee. It was the guy in the first window on 12/17/2025 at 3:55pm.

If they tell you to go park and wait don’t do it. They will forget about you and never make your order. Then ask you for a receipt even though they don’t give you one. And after all that botch your order forget your items that you paid for and have an attitude about it. I really hate spending my money at places with bad service.

Food is always good but i hate that they Walsh make you wait or pull up then they take 10-15 min to give you your food while the other cats behind you get their food they take a very very long time. They need to hurry up and get the orders right.

How come each time I come to this location and go thru the drive thru they have 3-4 cars pass me up and never acknowledge me ??? Waited 15 minutes in line tonight at the speaker just to leave and go to whataburger where I was acknowledged immediately and got my food in a few minutes. I’ll never return. I have no idea why I keep trying this location

Definitely in the top 3 worst McDonald's I've been to. Constantly missing food. Waited 20 minutes for a nugget meal and a McRib. There was only 3 cars in front of me. The other car they sent to wait was out in like 4 minutes. Then that they don't have the burger buns. I mean they have them but they were frozen still. This is one of the few places I go to where I have to check my bags carefully. I'm writing this review as I'm waiting 10 minutes for a burger. They seem to have lost my order at the food window. Also not the first time
The food is usually solid when do you do get all of it.
They said and even put on the receipt extra fries but didn't put them in the bag. Liars and lazy

This has got to be one of the worst McDonalds. I went 11/18 a little before 9pm but I’ve had this experience repeatedly at this location. There was only one car in front of me but it took forever for them to take my order and get my food out and when they did the order was wrong. And there are so many people back there working I don’t understand how they can take so long just to get me the wrong food. They had bad attitudes as well. I really love McDonalds but this location isn’t worth it.
