This location has gone down hill.. not sure if it’s poor management or just the miserable attitudes of the employees.
Twice now the food has been cold and stale after having to “wait” for it.. please do better.. this location should be looked into for sure.

I don’t understand why they ask what sauce if there not gonna put it in the bag also when I order and use my app if it says free medium fries I expect to get medium fries they gave me small and when I went inside to buy a medium size fries they gave it to me correctly so I asked why if on the app it says free medium fries y’all give me small, the lady goes to get another medium size fries after I bought one and tells me I’ll do this just this time like ma’am what you mean just this time y’all should have put it in correctly the first time and I wouldn’t be inside here seeing is I buy it y’all give it correct but since the app says free medium fries Friday then y’all wanna give small. Y’all act like the sauce comes out of y’all’s pocket seriously it’s McDonald’s. I work in customer service there’s no reason to be rude even if you’re having a bad day.

Handed me the wrong food. I handed it back and said it was wrong. Then waited a couple minutes and handed me the same Bag again!! Forgot the drink also on top of that and argued I didn’t order it and then saw my receipt and handed the drink and shut the window. Waited over 25 min for the wrong food

Customer service specially in the drive through is horrendous Some of those guys very blunt and act like they’re doing us a favor, god forbid if you happen to ask them a question

I ordered on my app and received a message that my food was ready while driving there. When I arrived, the drive-through line was really backed up. I decided to go inside to get my food because I had already received a text that it was ready. I went inside and told the cashier that I ordered for a drive-thru order and already received a text that it was ready, but the drive-thru line was really long. I just want to pick up my order inside. He told me that I had to go to the drive-thru. He then argued with me on this. I then asked to speak to a manager, and he walked away. Finally, a woman walked out. She did not know what was going on or what to do. The customer service here is a ZERO! I had to get back into my car and go thru the drive thru. Then the people in the drive thru had lost my order. I will never go to this McDonald's again. I will never go here when my kids want to go there. We will always go somewhere else. I know this is not going to do anything for this place, but the fact that the cashier was arguing with me and the manager had no clue what was going on, and did nothing.
Do yourself a favor and skip this location. The service is terrible.

Usually quick and fresh food. Be careful if you order coffee after 9am it may not be fresh. I've had coffee ground in the bottom the last 3 times. Staff speaks Spanish, with veri little English.
