Just went through the drive through and ordered a 6 piece happy meal for my son only to get home and have no chicken nuggets in the box… what was in their place you might ask? A singular chocolate chip cookie. He wasn’t mad at first; but he’s 4 and wants his nuggets.

Every time we come here during the day everyone has an attitude when we come at night something is always wrong when we get our order. I come to this local at least 3 times a week so it's impossible to miss how mismanaged this location actually is

Let it be known that the managers at this location do not care about the customers and will charge you $5.00 just to add a medium fries that was missing from your combo. I have filed a complaint with corporate and they should be in touch with me soon.

So, apparently this location NEVER cleans their soda machines. If their soda machines are this dirty, what else? Probably don't wash their hands. I'm sure part of the job description here is to CLEAN.
Have nothing bad to say about this place. Food is fast and service is always polite and professional.

I ordered a free fry through my app, and asked for extra sauce for my large fries. I was told that the store is charging $.50 per sauce packet. You don’t get one sauce for free. This is the only McDonald’s in the area doing this. Save yourself the headache of this place and go to a different location.

Update: this place can’t rely on simple customer service and efficiency to keep its sales up but it thinks charging for sauce is gonna keep it afloat!! This embarrassment of a location Forgot everything that wasn’t the burger even tho we ordered two combos, added stuff we didn’t ask for and forgot our sauce. Never came back to the window .
