This evening was our to go order was disgusting! The chopped brisket sandwich was cold, beef so dry that sauce absorbed still dry and tooo salty. The onion rings had a bitter aftertaste like fried in old burnt grease. And the paperback was so greasy it tor open as I removed the bag. BUCEES is worlds better. Won't be going back. This was not my first visit but I believe it is the last. I gave 2 stars because their service was quick and somewhat friendly. Otherwise this meal was not worth the trip.

I’ve been there several times but about a year ago their French fries started tasting nasty like the grease was old every time I would go it never tasted any different. I quit going there because they were so gross several months went by and I thought maybe this time will be better and I went a week ago. Those fries were the most nasty disgusting fries I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t think for the last year at least they have changed their french fry oil. It tasted like rancid old dirty oil smells. they were disgusting. I couldn’t even stomach them. I had to throw them out.

I understand mistakes happening, especially if understaffed or busy but it’s been a few occasions now where my order is completely wrong, I’m pregnant and I was craving a hot and spicy no lettuce, add cheese and bacon and extra mayo and I unwrap it and the order is completely wrong like nothing I wanted
