I’m a say they trash the system work when it won’t work I use the mobile app and then they try to tell me that they couldn’t service me because their system was down. I showed the guy in the window that I was charged. I gave him My mobile app number and the manager still refused to give me my food. This shit is bullshit. And the reason why I said it was bullshit is because they could’ve told me at the radio that the system was down. The lady took my mobile app number. I waited in line about 15 minutes just to get And then tell me the system is down you can run the cameras

I was 5 minutes late to pick up my breakfast order, was told they couldnt serve me. I'm 9 months pregnant and just craving their breakdast foods. Then I'm told my refund of my last 20 dollars will take 3-5 buisness days to refund so no food for me on the 4 hour trip to my OB office.
The Hispanic female manager that works here is completely unprofessional and should be revoked of her position. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

After placing an order through the online app i arrived at the drive thru for a long line to pick up a soda. After waiting 8-10 minutes)until just before placing my order an employee put a cone in front of my car (the last in my lane) and said that I would need to go to the back of the other lane ( 5 deep behind me) . I tried going inside to get my drink and was denied there as well. Hardly a drive thru experience and definitely not a convenience.
