Went to McDonald’s asked for extra caramel on my frappe I paid the up charge. They gave it to me. It was not extra caramel, and they only put it at the top. I kindly asked them to put it in the cup and report she says that’s two extras caramels not just one caramel I will never go to this McDonald’s again bad customer service and I don’t speak English.

If you are in a hurry, do not come to this McDonald’s! They are slow and rude. They have cars parked all over the place and the morning manager today was very rude when I asked if I could wait at the window , since I was in a rush to get to my son’s testing. She refused to allow me to wait at the window and had the worse attitude. I’ve never waited this long at any fast food restaurant.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TAKE IT ELSE WERE. This McDonald’s is probably one of the worse I’ve been to. If you go late at night they tell you that they only accept cash. I’ve ordered thru Uber late nights to avoid the cash only just for the Uber driver to get there and tell me they are only doing breakfast at 2am. This place needs a major upgrade online, In store, and probably the management as well based off the other reviews. Even when I do order and I have no issues the food isn’t even that fresh and hot. Sounds like no one cares about this establishment and it shows!

Sent my girl to pick it up with the code. They couldnt find it. Then they tried lying to me about it being after breakfast when my girl placed her order after me and came home with her sandwich. Its terrible customer service on top of terrible customer service. Caught them in a lie and they tried to cover it up my lying somemore. It was a dollar breakfast sandwich. Imagining ur morals being so low that u have to lie about something like that. Coorprates deffinately being called on this one.

The food comes out fast and best of all.
