Service was absolute trash the manager came asked me my order after she found out I ordered online she walked off and after 14 minutes I had to ask a different person to get my order because she jumped on her cell and stood there,trash !!!!!! A

First, it's McDonald's, fast food just like all the rest. This is a fairly newish location and it's really clean. The app made our order done in instead of drive thru. I had to go in and get it then had to have them put it in bags. The girl that waited on us was mentally handicapped and it was really hard to make her understand what I needed done. But patience prevailed and we got it all taken care of, just took a little extra time.

Ordered 4 McChickens and 4 bbq sauces, didn’t receive any of the sauces so I go inside to ask for my sauce and then the worker tells me I can only have 2, it’s literally free on the app and it’s just sauce.

We moved back to the area about a year ago and the majority of our experiences here have been awful. Today we were told that they were waiting for a few items in our meal to finish which okay that’s fine. But after waiting 30 MINUTES for our food just for it to be cold is unacceptable. I’m not talking cooled down cold. I mean the meat was COLD. It’s honestly getting to the point that I’d rather drive past this location and go to one further away.

Apparently, they were down to two cooks, and apparently that enabled a couple of employees to be rude with customers. One employee after we literally waited 20 minutes for food. I felt the french fries and I showed him that I could literally hold actual french fries not the container of fries but actual french fries in my hand I said if you can do that clearly they’re not hot or even warm and his comment was so do you think I’m the one that cooked them And I told him clearly you are not interested in what I’m telling you and you’ve been very rude and I left as it was clear no one they cared, and they were certainly weren’t coming up with the resolution.
