Very awesome place with even better staff. They have tea, coffee, frappe, and more!!Its been 3 years since my initial review and I just wanted to edit it and say this is still one of my favorite places to go in Conroe / Montgomery area because of the delicious coffee, milk alternative options, nice staff, good atmosphere & it’s one of the few places I can get Charlotte’s Web products which are great for people like me that suffer from Photosensitive Epilepsy.The staff are very welcoming, very polite, & professional. They won’t recommend products that they know nothing about & will be honest about it too. It makes a difference. If you have any sort of allergies they’ll help you pick & choose products that don’t have what you’re allergic to in it as well. If it doesn’t say on the ingredients list the staff will help you search it up online. Very sweet of the staff because they don’t have to do that but they do - they care & it shows.That’s what keeps me coming back time & time again.
Dietary restrictions: Different milk options like milk, coconut milk, oat milk, & almond milk for those that cannot have dairy.

I bought a disposable CBD vape, a few days ago and it got clogged and leaked. lost pretty much my moneys worth because of the leakage, then the product fully stopped working. I called them about it and they told me that there is nothing they can do.It is what it is.Good service though, great atmosphere. Big shoutout to JP for understanding.I just ended up getting a bad productMost CBD stores do a replacement for their failed/faulty products, here doesn’t. But some stores have their reasons not to.The product here is poor quality, I recommend you guys, the Store owner/ management to get the half Bak’d instead of the HiXotic due to its durability and newer technology to prevent less of a clogg

Have tried this location twice. Bad energy both experiences. First time, the lady behind the desk was very short for asking questions about sourcing. Maybe she wanted me to spend more money? Not sure what the deal was...During my second visit, I asked a few more questions about the water filtration process. Funny enough, after my questions, she (blonde hair w glasses and mask) asked my to empty my pockets and accused me of stealing, and my pockets were empty.I found both experiences unprofessional and uncomfortable. Would NOT recommend to anyone looking for high quality coffee or high quality service.

Use to be a pretty great shop, but over the last year has fallen in quality. Some of the better staff has quit or been strained by individuals of the family that owns the shops.But most recently they charged my card a second time after I left the shop, I usually micro manage the balance at zero and transfer what I need but this time I got caught lacking and had a balance sitting in the account. I attempted to go in and resolve it, but their new kid at the 105 location seems to come in and open late every morning (almost never open even at 10), as well as attempting to call their Frazier location, fruitless with zero answers.At this point, I’m just gonna file fraudulent activity on the purchase, file BBB, and order online from now on.
