Horrible service. Placed an order for pickup. Lady on the phone said it would be ready in 25 minutes. Got there 25 minutes later and was told they had thrown out my order without any explanation and if I wanted to wait for another order to be made. Never coming again.

I have come to this restaurant three times. And every time, they make a mistake with my order. The women who write down the orders have to pay more attention. It is not possible for one to wait 45 minutes to receive the wrong order. And then when they “fix” it, they give you the same food after they removed what was wrong. Horrible service. Not a pardon, or sorry.

If you are ordering takeout, preferably order an hour or two in advance. The irresponsibility is incredible!
An hour waiting for the food and when they bring the food to me the meat is burnt and the chicken too... an hour of waiting is a lot of bad service

The first thing about this place, the service is very bad, I ordered 1 roast beef, the truth is, the beans were missing, the bone and the pico de gallo, the very serious one and when I asked about the beans, she became angry, I won't go back and very expensive for nothing, the food is terrible, sorry.

Yall gotta try the snail soup. It's like Honduran gumbo. It has a coconut milk broth that is so amazing. The beef soup was also pretty darn delicious. Must try family owned
