Went to Mod Pizza January 16th with my family and had exceptional service. The girl with the dark hair (I think her name was Helen) gave us excellent service and made the best pizza I’ve ever had. Also, she should look into modeling. Next time you go to Mod in Conroe, ask for Helen to make your pizza, you won’t regret it.

We typically love this spot but the last time we went (today) we walked in stood in line (nobody was in there) the manager looked at us and then look at his employees, told them one needed to help us and they literally ignored him, and kept doing whatever they wanted. Didn’t say “hey give us a second and we will be right with you” nothing. We stood there for 5 minutes, which feels like forever when you’re being ignored. It was pretty clear we weren’t a priority so we left and went to the sandwich shop next door instead. They at least greeted us and took our order immediately (and they were busy).

I know. it's a pizza place. Pizza is good. But the standout to me is the salad. Great price, great ingredients, and much preferable to specialized salad places who charge vastly more for equal or lesser quality.
Hint - Ask for Pesto mixed in with your dressing.

Pizza custom made right in front of you with exactly what you ask for. Very good, quick and affordable. A special thanks to Ahmaad who was went above and beyond to make our visit stellar. He even went the extra mile to accommodate a vegan in our group. That guy needs a bonus for a job well done!
Needs new management place use to be great with energetic employees that use to genuinely like making pizza. It’s just gone way down hill won’t be back to Conroe location unless there’s a drastic change in the whole establishment The quality of the pizza is def not the same from a year ago

I went in tonight (Halloween Night) and hour before closing and was greeted with a big smile and friendly hello ! There were only two men working the whole restaurant and they were so kind, helpful and positive! I’ve never had such amazing service from a mod pizza! So grateful to the amazing two men and hope they stay positive and kind!
