I was in Conroe, TX two weeks ago and my coworkers and I chose Nourish Cafe for lunch because it was close by to our training facility. I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich (comes with a bag of chips). The sandwich is made with seeded harvest bread, parsley/lemon mayo, muenster cheese, sprouts, turkey, avocado, and pickled shallots. It was delicious! I could only eat half because I was full (maybe it's my age that caused me to feel full on half a sandwich...haha). Anyway, I finished the other half about an hour later. My supervisor had the same sandwich and he was besides himself (he's a big sandwich guy). He was so pleased with the sandwich, he went back inside to thank the employee who made it. My coworkers were all happy with their choices. The next day, we decided to try a different restaurant further away and we were not happy with that meal. So we went back to Nourish Cafe on our last day of training and again, they did not disappoint! Yummy!
Oh and we had a surprise in the parking lot - a tortoise!! Hope he found his way home.

Glad I was finally able to try this establishment. I had a modified avocado toast! š„ š³ š„ I wish there were more gluten-free and dairy-free options. All of the bakery items on display looked so good but I was unable to try due to food intolerances!

Just visited again in the fall and had the Thanksgiving Sandwich **perfection** as usual.
I got the sāmores cold brew coffee š¤¤it makes Starbucks cold brew taste like stale dirt!
10 out of 10 support local and buy local - people who actually COOK the food, they donāt just heat up what comes out of the Cisco freezer.
This is a hidden gem!! Sandwiches are unique and delishā¦.and donāt miss the cake either!! Love this place instead of the fast food option any day!!
