I’m West Indian and I’m picky with our food. With that said his food is a good mix of savory to sweet. It is well seasoned not salt and the portions are worth every cent! I wish he was im central Houston either way I’d use him as a caterer if needed. He has hospitality and his food taste good mehson! I already ate half my plate so I won’t post it lol
