One Star – Disappointing Service Ruined the Experience I rarely leave bad reviews, but our visit here was beyond frustrating. My birthday dinner. We waited over 20 minutes before a server even came to our table. When he finally did, my husband was on a quick call, so the server walked away and didn’t return for another 17 minutes. When he finally came back, my husband tried to ask a simple question about the menu, but mid-sentence the server walked away again to take an order at another table. No apology, no acknowledgment just left us hanging. I received my sushi roll during the visit, and it wasn’t even brought by our server. When we asked to speak with a manager, the manager told us, the server had “too many tables” as if that explained or excused the lack of attention or basic courtesy. We left feeling completely dismissed and hungry. With so many great sushi spots out there, I strongly suggest skipping this one. Poor service can ruin even the best food and sadly, we didn’t even get to find out if the food was worth it.

This review is for our experience checking the place out, we did not actually stay to eat. The menu on this website says there is AYCE sushi mon-sat for lunch. We showed up on a Saturday just before noon and there was a sign that said AYCE lunch is only Mon-Fri. Needless to say we were disappointed to have driven all the way out relying on the menu uploaded to this site. We look forward to trying the AYCE sushi lunch during the week sometime.

This place is amazing it's our second time and I'm so happy to have a sushi place this amazing so close to home ! The food is wonderful, service is great and they have the best atmosphere! We go for the allocation you can eat and it is the best deal !

I ordered from the grand central parkway, location and was very disappointed. All of the food seemed very old. Nothing was fresh. I ended up tossing it. Also, they displayed a special for buy one, get one on the crab rangoon, and only sent me one. It's just as well, because it wasn't any good anyhow. I was really hoping to find Hey. Good place to order from

One of the best sushi places around. On Saturdays you can still get lunch pricing for Buffett. It was delicious. Our new favorite place. My son enjoyed his endless chicken nuggets and fries as well.

Excellent service and food! The presentation is the best…so pretty even for small sides and appetizers. All you can eat sushi, sashimi, hibachi and sides/apps for $25. Cannot beat it!!

I have been there about 6 times, Everytime the staff is very kind, helpful, and very attentive. Prices are affordable especially if you get unlimited rolls/sushi for $16. I highly recommend this place!!!!

This place is fantastic! The service was great. Our server thoroughly explained the process. My advice is to order 1 roll. It is plenty! The food was so good. You could tell how fresh it was. And they got it out to you so fast! We will be going back regularly!!
